An Arapahoe County Court judge has granted a request to seal the case against James Holmes, the 24-year-old shooter who killed 12 and wounded 50 during a screening last night of "The Dark Knight Rises."
The motion, filed in Arapahoe County court, asks for the records in the case to be sealed, including search warrants, affidavits, orders and the "case file."
... disclosure of the court records would be "contrary to public interest" and "could jeopardize the ongoing investigation."

Leaked so far about whether he was linked to: Tea Party, NRA, Limbaugh, GOP, right wing causes, and similar....none.
Leaked so far that he was a member of the democrates, OWS, lefties, former listener of air america or similar actions.....none BUT we damn well know if there were any linkage to the first group, it would have been blasted all over the news by now. So, by this order, I believe the left is burying for all time, or at least till the election, this guy was involved in some way with the lefties.

We all want this done right, not a circus, not a bunch of lawyers yapping on the courthouse steps or websites compromising the trial by publishing every police report and bit of evidence before it gets to court.
There is a difference between keeping some information from the public due to an ongoing investigation, and “sealing” all information.
Secret investigations, which is what this amounts to now, indicates a possibility of scrubbing government culpability.
Holder and Ubama are so evil, that there is a distinct possibility that this is another of their schemes to "brainwash people into thinking about guns in an entirely different way."
I think the probability is at least 50/50.
It’s in the public interest to let law enforcement do its job and lock this perp up permanently. It’s not in the public interest to turn it into a circus like the O.J. trial or the Zimmerman case.
The public and the family will know all there is to know in due time. We want this done right, and our curiousity simply does not count.

The purpose of this prosecution isn’t to give Grace (or any other blogger/broadcaster) material for their shows. They can find something else to yell about and line their pockets.
We want justice for the victims, and I’m all for letting the pros handle it. Again, I applaud this judge. Too bad he wasn’t on the bench for the O.J. circus.

We're told he was arrested and committed the crimes while in a mask and body armor ... so there are no 'eye witnesses'
We're told he told the police of the apartment being rigged with trip wires and explosive and so it was disarmed with out incident
We're told via leaks from the jailhouse to the mainstream media that he is delusional and spitting on his captors
now the case is sealed
