Yahoo News ^ | 8/16/2012 | Dashiell Bennett

Authorities are winding down their criminal investigation of the failed brokarage firm, MF Global, and despite the lack of oversight and the loss of more than $1 billion in customer funds, it now seems unlikely that anyone at the firm will face criminal charges.

We REALLY need a Mitch Rapp to take care of Corzine.

Corzine escapes prosecution for stealing $1 billion + from investors. Gee, I predicted there would be no indictment for that scum bag. Maybe I should go to Vegas. On second thought............

Looks to me like it was Zero and his plantation Negro that let Wall Street write their own rules.

Just as an after thought, anyone know how much MF donated to Zero in 08 and so far this year?

IMHO, Romney’s justice department will reopen this case within thirty days of taking office, unless Obama preemptively pardons Corzine as one of his last acts as president.

For all the bluster of Obama, pre- and post-2008, as well as that of Attorney General Eric Holder concerning the alleged criminal activities on Wall Street, there have been zero Wall Street prosecutions under Obama/Holder. Compare that with his predecessors Bush and Clinton...

There will be no elitist outrage.

Not from Democrats. Not from Republicans.

Corzine is a member of all the significant globalist elite crime families.

What credentials this boy has, former CEO of Goldman Sachs and former Democrat senator from New Jersey who nominated Barry.

This is WORSE than the Madoff scandal where investors could assume that risk was involved.

In this case, account holders should able to assume the LAW would protect their accounts and if laws were broken there would be consequences.

Corzine made a stupid bet and his choice was to stiff his globalist fraternal brother Jaimie Dimon and J P Morgan or stiff the honest decent accountholders from the unwashed masses who as Barry said NEVER built anything.

The unwashed masses monies were used to make J P Morgan whole even though to do so was in CLEAR violation of the law.

The Democrat elite silence would be expected but the Republican elite silence only goes to confirm that globalist elites are non-partisan and are in equal control of both party elites.

And of course this week’s talking point is that Romney is going to let Wall St. write its own rules. The number of people who live in an alternate reality is astounding.

I was reading the comments at the NYT site. Wow. This is like a Marc Rich pardon on a grander scale. The shameless motives are so obvious even NYT readers are outraged.

This can’t help New Jersey polling for Zero. New Jerseyans are still raw from Corzine’s incompetent and arrogant tenure. They now know - if they didn’t already - that this crook Corzine is a poster boy for “the most transparent administration in history”.

This “pardon” is a gift for the Romney/Ryan ticket.

Eric Holder likes rich crooks as long as they donate to the Jackass Party

IIRC, Holder was the one who facilitated the pardon of convicted massive swindler Marc Rich for outgoing Prez Clinton.

Sir, I respectfully say to you that IMHO, your humble opinion is but a pipe dream. Mittens and all the Republicans elitists will always join hands with Democrat elitists to bail out corporate perfidy however they can. MF Global was merely another corporate bailout for J P Morgan although the bailout did not require legislation nor tax dollars but the illegal confiscation of accounts. Mittens will not oppose ANY corporate bailout no matter if it requires legislation or the violation of law as the bailout of JPM required.

There will be civil cases filed against this MF’er I’m sure. The criminal charges will be coming when a new US AG is installed in the R & R Administration.

President Gerold Ford pardoned Richard Nixon with no charges ever filed. That’s why and how we got Jimma Cauta.
