Vice President Joe Biden is going home to Delaware.
The updated White House calendar for Aug. 17 reports that “in the morning, the Vice President will meet with senior advisers. Later, the Vice President will be in Wilmington, Delaware.”

1. Hillary is, and always was a liar. In fact, she is a perennial, perpetual, and obligate liar (Sir Edmund Hillary is Hillary Rodham’s namesake, Hillary R. was under sniper fire in Bosnia. Hillary read nonexistent Wall Street Journal articles on how to succeed in the futures market, she didn't know about the FALN pardons. Hillary Rodham was caught red-handed stealing White House china and art and lied that it was an error; she even claimed to be a Yankees fan, and many, many, other conscience-less uber-whoppers.) And so it is, in March of 2011 when Hillary says that in she will retire from politics in 2012. I was instantly suspicious, as there is no reason to serve notice that far in advance unless one was intending to deceive. I also suspected that she was lying (of course) and she had weaseled her way into running for VEEP on Obama’s ticket in 2012.
2. Thus, by my guess, it was back in 2011 that, President Obama, Vice President Biden, and Hillary Rodham (Clinton), agreed to have Hillary be the VEEP candidate in 2012. This is important.
3. This means that Biden would need to bow out. Now, since Democrats are NEVER, EVER honest about anything, I expect Biden to FAKE a health condition (for example dementia or early stages of senility, or most anything), and just go along. Importantly, this performance needs to be newsy so everyone starts clamoring for a replacement. Proof? Well, IIRC, when Biden made his “chains” statement this week, there was a teleprompter right there.
4. Then, since the Dems just love PUBLICITY STUNTS, I expect a fake pubic plea from Obama to Hillary to be the VEEP, while...
5. Hillary FAKES playing hard-to-get, saying (lying, of course) that she's "retiring" and doesn't want it. Mind you, I suspect that this is the script since 2011.
6. So, just in time for the Dem convention, you might see (planted) "news" stories about allegedly worried Dems faking pleas to Hillary..."Please Hillary, please, please accept the VEEP nomination, Hillary, the nation needs you", and other such pre-written lines for nauseating performances of B-grade fiction.
7. The “news” and entertainment media will, I suspect, have their instructions. This will be a mandatory media fenzy (they have already ceded that First Amendment thingy to Obama, anyway), and the "news" media will make this a 24/7 national worry. “How can we convince Hillary to accept?”
8. Summarizing, I suspect that the replacement of Biden by Hillary is likely and is a setup that has been in the works for over a year; and since the Dems simply have to lie about everything, they will FAKE the reasons and FAKE the drama.
8. Today’s date is 8/16/12, and I have been cautiously predicting this (right here on FR) for about a year. That said, I would love to be wrong about any or all of this.

But still, a shake up in the ticket is a tacit admission that the Obama regime is in serious disarray. It isn’t a sign of stability, and that’s the case he has to make. That he is doing well, and we shouldn’t change horses.
Excellent analysis but Hillary could still back out. She would face the prospect of being shackled to a White House whose policies will create ever-worsening economic, national security and social conditions with civil insurrections and anarchy.
Taking into account the facts surrounding the Bisexual Kenyan, and She Who Must Not Be Named, your chain of events is quite plausible.

Also, if she agrees and Romney-Ryan wins, that complicates her 2016 Presidential bid. More importantly, if she agrees and 0bama-Hillary wins, wouldn’t 0bama always be looking over his shoulder fearing that she might Vince Foster or Ron Brown him so she could get an instant 8 year term (2012-2020)? If I were him I wouldn’t ‘go there’ with her, but.. HE’S DESPERATE.

That’s easy. You just announce that Alzheimers has gotten to Biden and he’s got to go. Too many gaffes and WHAT A COINCIDENCE, THE MOST RECENT ONE THE MEDIA KEEPS TALKING ABOUT INCESSANTLY (AS PLANNED)!!!!
That says it all. And I suppose if Hillary refuses and Obama loses her name will be Mudd. . .or Nader.
We shall see, I guess.
My take...
She hates Obama.
She wants to run in 2016.
If she were on the ticket this time and win, she would have to defend everything Obama did in 2016.
If she were on the ticket with Obama and lose, she will be blamed and be out of the running altogether in 2016.
I have a feeling she’s going to spend the next three months doing her Secretary of State job somewhere else in the world.
