This is the money line. The whole purpose of this is to get extremists into the DOJ who could not otherwise stand scrutiny. They will dream up an imaginary "disability" for certain activists then put them in the DOJ throught a "non-competitive" appointment. Slip them through under the radar. That is the real agenda going on here.

This is the heart of the matter. Dwarfs and mental patients aren't the problem. Flooding the DOJ with radical Mohammedans and New Black Panther Party members is. Add to that the fact that they can be hired before the vacancy is even announced means Attorney General Holder can simply throw the doors open and immediately bring them in regardless of whether or not a job vacancy truly exists.

That allowed them to both “investigate” and harrass political opponents and to cover up the crimes of the Communists, including theft, corruption, and election fraud.
