Here in CA, rangers for town, county and state parks run up against heavily armed Mexican drug gang members growing weed (not "week" -- if only they were growing "weak"). Their encampments are usually heavily fortified. The LEOs that raid the camps go in with some big armaments.

All troops hold urban warfare exercises. There are numerous facilities across the nation and new ones have been completed recently.
