After GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romneys rousing and effective convention acceptance speech last night, I found myself snapping my fingers as the GOP conventions band in Tampa played that old hit, Living in America. Suddenly, it dawned on me: Team Romney might be transmitting racial messages.
I consulted my copy of the definitive reference on this topic, A Black Mans Guide to Whiteys Racial Code, by Jesse Jackson and Kanye West (Sharpton Books, 2010). I flipped past the highly apologetic introduction by Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D., Fla.). Just as I suspected, page 178 confirmed that Living in America was a Billboard Top 4 song by the Godfather of Soul, James Brown. This, as Jackson and West teach us, is a subtle message designed to remind Caucasians that President Obama has brown skin. Also, the song was written by Dan Hartman and Charlie Midnight. It doesnt get any darker than midnight.
Marveling at the high art of this inter-ethnic information transfer, I checked Romneys speech itself for additional clandestine, Caucasian communications.
Sure enough, Romney said, I grew up in Detroit. Michigans chief city is nicknamed Motown and was the home of Berry Gordys legendary music label, Motown Records. Motown made household names of such enormous talents as Smokey Robinson, Marvin Gaye, and Stevie Wonder. This reference very skillfully alerted white people that Mr. Wonder performed at the White House in early 2009, with President Obama clapping along with the rest of the crowd.
I also decided to review vice-presidential nominee Paul Ryans soaring and inspirational acceptance speech. It proved to be a veritable NSA of racial code.
In his exquisitely written speechs most eloquent line, Ryan remarked that the Obama presidency is like a ship trying to sail on yesterdays wind. One of Americas dirty little secrets is that sailing is a predominantly white pastime. Ryan deftly informed Americas majority-white yachtsmen that Obama is black. Surely some were unaware of this fact.
Ryan cited Solyndra, the half-billion-dollar monument to President Obamas bankrupt green vision, commenting on Solyndras gold-plated connections. While some might think that Ryan referred to the busted companys political ties to Obama, which yielded $528 million in now-rancid federal loan guarantees, Ryan actually tied Obama to the world of Gangsta Rap, many of whose stars wear gold-plated bling around their necks and even gold-plate their teeth. Some of them also have scored gold records, which drives the point home, oh so lightly.
Finally, at the end of his speech, Ryan kissed his blond-haired, blue-eyed wife. This was a covert signal to white Americans: Unlike Barack Obamas better half, Paul Ryans wife is white, not black. As a black man, it took me and my Jesse Jackson/Kanye West guide all night and most of the morning to decipher Romney and Ryans racial code. I truly envy my white readers who immediately could interpret the siren song of these dog whistles.
I took The Temptations’, “Ain’t Too Proud To Beg” off of my iPod so I wouldn’t be accused of being a “rasis” attacking Obama supporters.
It’s so nice of Chris Matthews to tell Republicans how racist they are. Just like all the rich liberals who paint conservatives as evil in order to distract the Democratic Party base from resenting their enormous wealth — people like the Kennedys and Kerry and Al Gore and Jesse Jackson and the state media talking heads (the list is long).
Clear a reference to slave ships, perhaps the Amistad. Clearly indicating Ryan's intention to revert to the Good Old Days, when if a white person wanted a negro all they had to do was head the yacht over to Africa and grab as many as he liked. I miss the good old days of my youth, what with the coloreds all sweating in dem cotton fields of Massachusetts and Wisconsin singing their cheerful songs like Go Down Moses and Old Black Joe, while us all whites sat 'round on Beacon Hill and Green Bay sipping mint juleps. It was all so much simpler then.
Of course, it doesn't explain why all that changed.
Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me.
Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you."

I’m still trying to figure out Jessie’s secret code, I think it goes something like this;”I’m a black man, and if a white man irritates me in any way, whatsoever, he’s a racist. But, if I irritate a white man in any way, whatsoever, and he dares to speak, he’s a hater.”
In other words, only blacks have the right to say anything they want, any word they want, but you whiteys better sit down and shut up.
Sorry Jessie, your reign of race-terrorism is coming to an end. It’s about time you earned respect, instead if trying to demand it through intimidation.
I like obama’s race code. “Typical white person.” Right to the point. Just love that typical black racist!
Can you imagine what would the media say if Romney or Ryan had said what Bill Clinton did?

Using math and common sense re saying no to rat deficit spending to buy votes from minorities and illegals or terrible green tyranny is evil and racist.
Being a practicing Christian or Jew in today’s America, is a worse evil as well as being racist.
Telling the truth is now evil racism!
Last but not least, believing in personal responsibility is both evil, radical and racist.

Plus, their race card is over limit and expired. Said card will not be reissued.

Congrats to Delroy Murdock. He actually manages to parody Obama’s shills— but not by much. This crowd is almost beyond parody.
