It's silly to retain the 'R' but for some reason this particular 'R' separates to a different layer when the pdf is analyzed. Could just be that the forger attempted to retain as much of the original information as possible or to use the 'R' as a guide for character spacing.

From what I understand, there is no microfiche/film for 0bama's birth certificate. THAT is proof of fraud and the certificate # for 0bama would be out of sequence from the Nordyke twins due to it really being for a dead baby, Virginia Sunahara. Where's HER birth certificate and why haven't we seen it???

The only relevant terms authorized for official use in the vital statistics of the United States between 1960 and 2000 were Negroe and Black.
