I have been communicating with the intrepid Ohio private investigator, Susan Daniels, for some time. A few weeks ago, I got to meet Daniels. She is smart and sincere, and she understands her subject matter thoroughly. The left-wing "rebuttals" of her data, to this point, have ranged from the inept to the absurd.
More to the point, Daniels has information that the Romney campaign needs to know and needs to talk about: President Barack Obama has apparently been using a fraudulent Social Security number for the last 25 years. On July 2 of this year, Daniels filed suit in Geauga County (Ohio) Common Pleas Court demanding that Jon Husted, Ohio secretary of state, remove Obama's name from the ballot until Obama can prove the validity of his Social Security number.
Husted has responded by seeking to dismiss Daniels' complaint, claiming that it has no basis in law. Daniels fired back that President Barack Obama has violated Ohio's identity theft statute that "expressly prohibits the use of another's 'personal identifying information' and expressly lists the use of another's 'Social Security number' as prohibited." She did not expect much out of Husted, and her expectations appear to have been met.
Friday, Daniels took another tack. She filed a sworn affidavit under Ohio Revised Code (ORC) 2935.09, which allows a private citizen "having knowledge of the facts" to request prosecution or arrest of an individual who has committed a crime. The affidavit makes the case clearly. I would strongly recommend that readers forward this to conservatives of influence and demand that they take it seriously. 2007 Wall Street collapse due to housing bubble popping. Problem is many mortgage backed securities were rated AAA despite the fact they were riddled with liar loans. No one verified the MBS before rating them, bankers did not care about the application info because within six months the Freddie Mac Fannie Mae will buy it without checking. Fraud on the grand scale was committed by mortgage companies, banks and Wall Street. The US was in the mood to investigate, and prosecute like the last S&L crisis. Bush 41 and Clinton regulators had 1000+ criminal referrals and 900 convictions. Bankers were scared for their lives.
Hilary Clinton promised to investigate/prosecute and McCain who learned lesson from the Lincoln S&L would probably do the same. In 2008 the GOP was blamed for the crisis, McCain least likely to win, Hilary Clinton was another story. Bankers have a problem, till Chicago radicals showed up with a deal. Back Obama and give the radical left a chance to run the country and in return banks will not face prosecution and the statue of limitation of five years will be runned out. Within a month, Clinton was ignored by MSM as they turned to promote Obama, Wall Street and foreign sources donations poured into the Obama camp. 2008 becomes history. Who do you think is protecting Obama on the BC issue, college record issue, SSN issue? Big Wall Street banks, because they want a guy with flawed background as POTUS in order to have insurance against a left wing radical double cross on the deal once Obama wins. Since the DNC was in on the deal, they cannot have it exposed either, so add the rich Dem powers to be in the US to the list. Powerful elites, and bankers have the connections and resources to firewall this issue. We will never know until all involved are dead and documents/witnesses start leaking out over time.
