Of course they rig their polls. CNN polling has always been weighted in favor of democrats.
Don’t worry about the bounce so soon after the dem convention, that’s pretty much normal and it will fade pretty fast.
What we do have to look forward to is two blithering, big govt idiots trying to out stupid each other at the upcoming presidential debates. Those debates will have extremely high ratings and sway the electorate far more than the conventions, especially this year on the independent and swing voters which will probably swing into moron #2s side if he can keep from exposing too much of his liberal idiocy.

Looks as if CNN/ORC have published a Democrat [ +10.26%] Likely Voter oversampled poll. Just for fun, at the far right of the spreadsheet data is a "what-if" the political ID breakdown was (35%R, 35%D, 30%I) - Romney on top by ~4%.
