Mike Barnicle has suggested that the Department of Justice consider prosecuting Florida pastor Terry Jones in the death of the American ambassador to Egypt and deaths occurring during riots last year in Afghanistan. Hat tip readers Melody, Jonathan R., Ray R.
Barnicle made his suggestion on today's Morning Joe, during a discussion of the attacks on the American embassy in Egypt and the American consulate in Benghazi, Libya, where the American ambassador died after an attack by an Libyan mob. Fellow panelist Donny Deutsch responded by saying he was "thinking the same thing" as Barnicle.

I disagree with what you say . . . and will prosecute you for saying it.
One, Terry Jones has nothing to do with this film. Two, prosecute him for what? Three, has Barnicle ever heard of the First Amendment? It’s frightening that such stupid people are given speaking roles in the mass media.
Can we prosecute Hollywood if Christians start rioting in this country?
Then lock up artist Mapplethorpe who created “Piss Christ” or the artist who ‘created’ the Madonna made with elephant dung.

Mapplethorpe did not create Piss C****. That was someone else. Mapplethorpe was a fashion photographer who produced some gay porn photographs that started a bruhaha.
The entire Morning Joe cast was more concerned with the nasty person who created the “hate” video than the awful death of fellow Americans.
