Here Comes Incest, Just as Predicted

If all human beings should have the right to marry (or simply be with) the one they love, as proponents of same-sex marriage constantly tell us, then why shouldnt adult, incestuous couples enjoy that same right? Hollywood director Nick Cassavetes is the latest to say, Why not?, and I for one am not in the least bit surprised.
Simply stated, with the public endorsement of same-sex relationships, the endorsement (or at least acceptance) of consensual, adult, incestuous relationships is the next step. Consider the following:
· Already in April, 2007, Time Magazine featured a major article entitled, Should Incest Be Legal? The article noted that critics of the Supreme Courts Lawrence v. Texas ruling in 2003, which struck down Texas anti-sodomy law, argued that the ruling would lead to attempts to legalize same-sex marriage and polygamy. It turns out, Time noted, that the critics were right, adding that plaintiffs were now using Lawrence to challenge laws against incest.
· In December 2010, when Columbia University professor David Epstein was charged with one count of incest because of his three-year, consensual affair with his adult daughter, his attorney Matthew Galuzzo remarked, Its ok for homosexuals to do whatever they want in their own home. How is this so different? We have to figure out why some behavior is tolerated and some is not.

The lowering of the age of consent is predictable; our society is headed downhill in a hurry.

The much maligned fifties were terrific IMHO. Yes they were, and sadly will never be again.

I always say, two places I want to live:
1950s American (height of human civilization)
As long as you weren't black and living in the South where the Democrats were doing everything they could to hold blacks down or brainwash them.
Victorian England (height of human civilization at that point)
As long as you weren't poor.
There's always got to be conditions to these stuff.

I mean....they say it should be legal for rape and INCEST - as if incest is a bad thing. They mean rape by a father, brother, cousin, or uncle. Consensual incest is okay in their book. But in the instance of rape/rape doesn't sound convincing enough so "rape or incest".

it is/was inevitable once we had the push to legalize "g marriage"
Even in pederast Greece or other societies where hsxlity was the norm, almost expected, there was no question of this being legalized as a marriage.
marriage was between a man and a woman. Full stop
The ancient gaylords knew that hsxl "unions" are just flings, continuous flings, not something of permanence like a marriage (even semi-permanence like amongst the Roman elite)
We have devalued marriage with easy divorce, acceptance of multiple divorce, acceptance, in fact the norm is to shack up before marriage etc.
G Marriage was the next logical move and then this

Polygamy is the least of the problems. Even the Patriarchs were polygamous.

like in ancient sparta where kids were taken away from Moms at the age of 6 and the boys were to live communally (and take older men as lovers) until 30 when they could get married.
No love in a Spartan marriage either -- the men would prefer to b***** boys.

I think the Quaran specifically says a man cannot marry or have sxual relationships with his mother/step-mother/mother-in-law/aunt/sister/niece/daughter/step-daughter/daughter-in-law
Though Mohammed did marry his step-daughter-in-law....
