Thanks very much, Kathy!

*HUGS*

And thanks very much for tonight's Remembering Our Troops thread!

Another follow-up with my Orthopedist tomorrow morning - the cast has been on for a month now - I would really like to get it off, but I suspect he'll probably keep it on for another two weeks.

And a very good evening to you Kathy! *Hugs*

A good commute with a stop on the way which got me home just about posting time. Dinner is on the stove.

More winds? When do they say this might stop for you all?

Quick question for you. Is there any agriculture at all in Alaska? Are home gardens of any kind even a possiblility?

How did pressure day go? I hope no homework this evening!

NO homework! Yippee!! I want to read some of the news, and maybe load some music.

These continuing HIGH winds seem to be new. Folks are saying they don’t remember when we’ve had such high winds.

Lots of growing things, lots of greenhouses. Things grow fast and big because the days are so long in the summer (but LOTS of rain and less sun this summer).

Pressure day was the best I’ve had in a while. Doing the homework bit meant I had the time to really take care of all my issues this week.

Yes...the novelty of a cast wears off really quickly. Are you able to walk on it at all? Much in the way of itchy problems?

I can walk on it - am getting to the point where I can put a fair amount of weight on the leg. Haven't had problems with itchiness.
