Wall Street Prepares Clients for Obama Victory
CNBC ^ | Sunday September 30, 2012

As President Barack Obama widened his lead over Mitt Romney in polls this month, traders at hedge funds and investment firms began shooting emails to clients with a similar theme: It's time to start preparing for an Obama victory.

What many in the market worry about isn't that high earners may pay more in taxes if Obama is re-elected. It's gridlock in Washington come January, when more than $600 billion in spending cuts and tax hikes could kick in just as the country smacks into its borrowing limit again.

There is reason to expect a deal. If Obama wins, the Republican fight to make him a one-term president will be lost. With the elections over, there will be little reason or room for political posturing. House Republicans could finally decide to be more cooperative.

There is no such thing as so called democrats cooperating with conservative principles

You’re right, it’s a rare day when we can get the GOP to cooperate with conserative principles.

Every one of these statements is a lie. It makes it sound like the House Republicans have been an road block to progress. That is a total lie. The House Republicans didn't do things to make Obama a one term president. Sure, they disagree with him and don't want him to win but they passed a budget and have been presenting bills. Why wasn't this article written after the 2004 election? When the Dems' entire purpose was still to humiliate and defeat Bush. It resulted in the 2006 and 2008 elections.

Another propaganda piece from the Obama media ministry employing not-too-subtle push-pull strategery.

You sum it up perfectly..couldn’t agree with you more.

And now, like you said, we grab a hold of our fears, remember to NOT believe the leftist propoganda that we hear, dig deep down within ourselves for strength, and feel the fire in our bellies as we fight this war to a WIN in November. It goes without saying that we say a prayer to the Lord for guidance and strength.

And while we’re at it, get some Romney/Ryan stickers and signs, and put em’ up. I’ve contacted my local Tea Party and asked where I can get some signs here locally. We need to make sure our relatives, friends, neighbors are registered to vote..offer to give them a lift to register and to vote if they need it. Volunteer at the polls to protect our vote. We know the drill, and now we must get er’ done.

Unless you’re in the People’s Republic of Ithaca. I have seen a few bumper stickers but nothing like back in ‘08. In my local area (Between Rochester and Syracuse) I haven’t seen any O lawn signs and just a few Romney signs.
