If the GITMO terrorists were not moved to Thompson Prison, they would simply empty a Federal prison in another state, move those prisoners to Thompson, and then move the GITMO terrorists to the Federal prison in the other state.

That would just take the terrorist problem from Illinois and give it to another state, but Obama, Quinn and Durbin would still get their way! Emptying GITMO is their goal!
