Peter Schweizer’s Government Accountability Institute is out with a report today on foreign and fraudulent campaign contributions. It is the most comprehensive treatment of the issue to date. The key findings relate to the Obama campaign:
* The Obama campaign lacks the “industry standard level” of credit card security for donations
* The website Obama.com was purchased by an Obama bundler based in Shanghai, China, with questionable ties to state-run enterprises
* 68% of the traffic to Obama.com is foreign, and the site was linked to a specific donation page on the official BarackObama.com campaign website for ten months
Schweizer also finds that, based on the security measures currently in place, nearly half of Congress is vulnerable to fraudulent and foreign donations. Schweizer provided this statement to Powerline, which covers the report here:

The FEC does not require basic security for internet donations. And in the case of the Obama campaign, the gate appears to be wide open. You need to use the CVV security code on your credit card to buy an Obama hoodie but not make a donation. And there is very real evidence that the campaign is not using the address verification system (AVS) in any real way. There are simply too many contributions they accept with either no zip code or an incorrect zip code. To make matters worse, donations under $200 don’t even need to be disclosed. Twenty years ago that might not matter but in the era of robo-donations its a huge problem.<<<

I have a serious question. Could Obama be charged with anything that he did while he usurped the office of POTUS? Big laugher I know and it hasn’t been done for past holders of the office, but there is so much swirling around the Kenyan Klown that this time around could be a different situation.

This is one of the few times it is appropriate to contend that ..."Bush Did It." He also never investigated Obama's non-eligibility when he could have. Or if he did, he covered it up.

If he were indicted by a federal prosecutor, the trial would take place where the offense allegedly occurred -- IOW, DC. Well, that would be a laugher, so you'd have to indict him for something he carelessly did outside DC, or for violating a state law, such as Hawaii's elections law in 2008 when he and Nancy Pelosi intimidated state officers into accepting Nancy's bogus "certification" (notarized, of course -- a federal offense) of Obama's eligibility.
(The State of Hawaii should have kicked Nancy's perjurious squib out at once: "certification" is done BY THE STATE, which certifies candidates to the State's voters. Certification is not done by a party mugwump to the election officials of the States. Obama's election bid should have stopped right there, in October, 2008 -- the REAL reason Obama went to Hawaii to "visit his dying grandmother" [and throw her under the bus with the rest of the "typical white people"].)

The Dems won’t allow ID to vote. One of these days we’re going to turn around and not be able to see anything in this country that isn’t owned by foreign interests! The amount of real estate they own is astounding.

This unworthy one hopes that Romney has a chance to raise this issue during the “Foreign Policy” debate. Certainly any candidate which does not assure that illegal foreign money is kept out of his campaign has no business enforcing US laws.

Focus groups if ran correctly, would show the left wing media is in serious danger of becoming irrelevant as well as disliked and untrustworthy.

You mention Newsweak, and I show their cover telling Obozo to hit the road. Newsweak is on the ropes for its survival and taking punches for Obozo, might be the end of Newsweak and similiar left wing media outlets.
