As an avid observer of the current election campaigning complete with cable news reports, pundit's opinions, Big Bird ads, debates, and accusations of "Romney Lied!" coming from the Presidents surrogates and Obama I am almost suffering from political overload.
So, I took a deep breath, kicked back with a fresh cup of coffee and it came to me after I asked a simple question: WHAT HAS OBAMA ACCOMPLISHED IN THE LAST FOUR YEARS?
I know, I know there is OBAMACARE but I consider that a power grab that will be destroyed rather than an accomplishment.
What has he really done? He has allowed the federal deficit to reach $16 Trillion dollars, unemployment is in reality somewhere between 11-14% if you include all of those who should be counted, food stamp participation is up to 47 million people. In addition the stimulus was squandered in large part by ill advised investing in unprofitable alternative energy projects owned by Obama bundlers and friends, the bailout of GM and the Union's pension priority over ordinary creditors, and the screwing of Delphi employees. I could go on, and on, but...
With his foreign policy of appeasement and the projection of weakness in the middle east we have never been more vulnerable. The amateurish cover up of the murder of Ambassador Stevens and three American heroes is just one more in a series of incompetencies both foreign and domestic.I know Osama Bin Laden is dead and Al Qaeda is on the run. Obama got him. BALDERDASH! If you look closely at the picture of the situation room during the raid you will find everyone glued to the monitor watching a mission play out in real time. Hillary looks transfixed. The only person who looks disengaged is President Obama. He looks like he'd rather be shooting some hoops since its too early for golf.
Obama did't get Osama. Seal Team 6 was the sharp, pointy part of a long spear which stretched from Tampa to Afganistan and was custom designed by intel. I believe the mission was hush, hush by the military, kept on the down low out of the well founded fear of chest thumping leaks that would compromise the mission and its personnel.
They brought him in at the last moment and said "We need a go on this Mr President." They gave him no time to think, no wiggle room, and no time for the appeaser in chief to rear his ugly head.
The debate last week made one thing very clear to me. One person at the podium looked Presidential. The other looked small and intimidated. My vote is a no brainer.

Depends on your perspective: if you’re a leftist, communist, islamist extremist trying to destroy the founding principles and take over the country, he hasn’t done much wrong; if you’re pro-US as founded, a believer in freedom, capitalism, the Constitution, a strong defense, etc., he hasn’t done anything correctly.
Well, he sleeps pretty well!
