At the House hearing, just concluded, the Benghazi Security Officer, Mr Nordstrom, recounted how he begged for more agents there. He was refused but got an increase in hazardous duty pay !! At the conclusion he said he replied to a peer in Tripoli that “House hearing, Mr Nordstrom Regional Security Officer in Benghazi, begging for more help (agents). He was told it wasn’t necessary - but then got an increase in “danger Pay” !!
His closing remark for the hearing, talking about being finally denied the requested agents, he said he was talking about that refusal to a colleague in Tripoli, “Jim, for me, The Taliban were inside the building”.

Mitt Romney, or whomever the Republican nominee happened to be would be up at least 25 points on President Joe Biden, who assumed the presidency after disgraced former President Obama was forced to resign due to the Fast and Furious scandal. If we had a media in the mold of Jake Tapper.
(Biden escaped culpability in the scandal by responding, when asked of his involvement, "Fast and Furious? That was a cool flick, wasn't it? I wasn't in it, though. Who told you that? The sequel was okay, too. Vroooom! Vrooom! *squealing tires sound*")
I like Jake Tapper too. Know why? He seems to do his own thinking. Weird, I know.
