People with any sense watching the debate, would not think someone getting murdered is a laughing matter. Biden had a whiff of laughing gas, was drunk or had a problem with medications.
This is precisely what an insufferable dinner guest looks like when he thinks he's being witty.

This ridiculous excuse for a “debate” should have been moderated by someone who was neutral, not the Democrat woman hack who simply was there to ask Ryan if he would stand in the way of women who choose to kill their babies. That was her intent for being there, obviously, so Joe the Clown could tell the country that he is a Democrat first and a Catholic second when it comes to killing God’s children.

biden was just being biden...the usual lifelong political hack who attempts to bully everyone into submission. To paraphrase comedian George Wallace “He needs his ass kicked”.
