An Obama administration official whose now controversial comment that the attack on the U.S. mission in Libya was "spontaneous" relied on talking points provided by the CIA based on its assessment that an intelligence official said on Friday was updated days later with new information.
The disclosure to CNN appears to offer some clarity around the Obama administration's early stage explanation of the 9/11 attack by armed militants that killed Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans. President Barack Obama faces harsh criticism from Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney for his administration's handling of security in Benghazi ahead of the attack and its slow-to-evolve explanation of what occurred. CNN can turn purple trying to cover for the Kenyan Klown but the fact remains he and his administration spent two weeks pretending this was all about a stupid video.
What about the posted info saying they saw it real time
they can’t spin fast enough
They sent the ambassador into a terrorist hotspot stripped of his security, then blamed a you tube when he got slaughtered.
Kind of hard to talk your way around that. Count on the news monkeys to try and make the case, though.
..so why did Odungo bring the video story to the UN TWO WEEKS later?
Iiterally dying to defend him —will there be a CNN in five years...?
Well then, all the Administration has to do is produce the records of communication!
Now THAT’s funny. You’re truly gifted. It’s getting printed out for the refrigerator door.
If past info mattered, the moderator would not have stuck her nose into the last debate.
This new story will be the narrative of the next debate (Monday). Probably one of Obama’s OCTOBER SURPRISES.
When Romney starts talking about Al Qaeda, Obama will say “proceed, Governor”.
Then when it’s Obama’s turn he will tell Romney that he obviously has not kept up with the reports and that Al Qaeda was not involved.
Don’t expect the moderator to question that. That’s only for when a republican talks that the moderator gets involved.
CNN’s not the only one of the MSM reporting such stories. I think they are all together on this October Surprise for Romney monday night.
CNN hahahaha! News my azz.
Candy C. debate...

Soledad O’Brien...bwahahahaha! hahahahaha!
Oh! And douché sipping Van Jones and never forget the cracker hater D.L. Hughley.
F that piece of trash CNN. They are history.
Spin it....keep spinning it...keep it in the news. Good job, LSM!
They change the records/documentation after-the-fact regularly, and even attempted to claim "Security Issues" and "Executive Privelege", whenever needed, to cover and hide their incompetence and talking points.
Rope should be in short supply if we EVER get to the stage that we investigate ALL the corruption that's occurred over the past 4 years.....
Until they come clean, the botched October surprise rumors make total sense.
Friday night clean-up courtesy of the President’s CIA ....
Two weeks? All the poor little State Department kids are going to be out trick-or-treating in the middle of November.
“Kids, Halloween was two weeks ago. What’s the matter with your parents?”
“Mom works for the State Department.”
“Ohhhhhhh.....wait here......I’ll see if I can find a can of soup for you.”
