Biden Gets Name of Virginia Dem. Senate Candidate Wrong

In remarks today in Virginia, Vice President Joe Biden got the name of the Virginia Democratic Senate candidate wrong.
There is a decent honorable man," Biden said of the Virginia Democratic Senate candidate. "That man has more integrity in his little finger than most people have in their whole body. I'm a big Tom Kaine fan. A big Tom Kaine fan."
His name is Tim Kaine, and he's the former chair of the Democratic National Committee.

Being serious here....What serious American could possibly think thathaving Joe Biden one step away from the Presidency is a WISE choice of the folks? Joe Biden is obviously not smart or is seriously debilitated by madness of some sort, isn’t he? I mean how could this man possibly be VP and what does it say about the PRESIDENT that it is OK to have this man as the replacement?
