He gets full-time custody of the kids, and her visitation is severely limited. I suspect that he was willing to give up a little or a lot for this.
IMHO THE HUSBAND GOT OFF CHEAP! Best of luck to him, he has his children and got rid of the evil wench. Many, many men across the country wish that they could have this outcome for so cheap. I feel bad for the husband and kids. I don't know much about the husband but he seems like a decent guy and he is doing the right thing by kicking this tramp to the curb like the piece of trash that she is. Hopefully he finds another woman that is worthy of the title wife and mother.
I agree that he got off cheaply but hopefully he thinks to put up a website accepting donations to offset the loss of his 401(k). I bet he recoups that money in no time at all and I'll definitely kick in a few bucks myself.
