All registered voters are asked: "Suppose the presidential election were held today, and it included Barack Obama and Joe Biden as the Democratic Party's candidates and Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan as the Republican Party's candidates. Who would you vote for [ROTATED: Barack Obama and Joe Biden, the Democrats (or) Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan, the Republicans]?" Those who are undecided are further asked if they lean more toward Obama and Biden or Romney and Ryan and their leanings are incorporated into the results.

Nice. My guess is Gallup is the only outfit using the correct D:R:I model.
To be at 46% and 5 points behind one week out is an absolutely HORRIBLE place to be if you are the incumbent.
Haven't seen much of Michelle lately...she must be packing her bags.
BBBBBBBBBBBBIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It’s really hard to see Romney losing this lead (he’s been at 50%+ and Obama’s been at 45-47 for 14 straight days)...

My only concern is the hurricane bumping up Obama’s numbers, but Isaac did not help him, so I doubt this will either. I think even independents are so turned off even him looking presidential won’t help.
I would like to know how, in one day, his approval went UP 3 and his disapproval went DOWN 4. That is a very very very big swing in 24 hours.

This looks pretty good Romney! Go Romney!
With the over-sampling, it is over for Obama.
“With the over-sampling, it is over for Obama.”
I will be so happy on NOV 6 when Romney wins! Thank you mr. Romney for stopping this communist Obama and so saving freedom!
I can’t wait for next week. Rasmussen has Romney leading in Ohio, 50-48.
