The U.S. ambassador to the U.N., Susan Rice, defended her early account the attack on the American embassy in Benghazi, responding to critics who say she gave misleading information about the nature of the attack and the motive behind it.
Rice said Wednesday she "relied solely and squarely" in preliminary information given to her by the intelligence committee shortly after the assault that killed four Americans, including U.S. Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens.
Asked about her initial comments by CBS News foreign affairs analyst Pamela Falk at the U.N., Rice said she "made clear that the information was preliminary, and that our investigations would give us the definitive answers. Everyone has worked in good faith to provide the best assessment based on info available."

Dear Lord, I am grateful for eyes that still see, ears that still hear, wisdom to discern the truth, and a mind that will not accept the alternate reality that there can be no justice in this world. The lies of the left are building a weight that will become too heavy for them to carry and it will topple them somehow, some way, and soon. This is my prayer. Justice be done and America return to her roots.

“Rice’s account directly contradicts that of Libyan President Mohamed Yousef El-Magariaf, who said this weekend that he had “no doubt” the attack was pre-planned by individuals from outside Libya.
“It was planned, definitely, it was planned by foreigners, by people who entered the country a few months ago, and they were planning this criminal act since their arrival,” Magariaf told CBS News.”

I have had trouble seeing the light at the end of the tunnel here lately. Many on our side seems to have given up, Ubama is coming for your 401k plan and I have a sinking feeling Americans will simply meet it with a "meh".

No, it isn't. But it is one more impeachable scandal, even if we do not have the power to exact justice. At least, not yet.

She is admitting to niether, we know, however, that she is covering for incompetence with dishonesty. So remove the question mark and it becomes a statement of fact..
They knew, they all knew, and yet, the lie was somehow easier to propagate than the truth.
And the truth right up front would have done them much better.
This business about the relatively insignificant video was launched for an entirely different purpose, as a demonstration of the evils that “free speech” can cause in our country and the world, and as part of a program to clamp down on such expression here in the US. Not surprisingly, the Current Regime could twist a little on somebody’s arm to get the producer of this short video thrown in jail, at least for the short term.
This kind of sly play on the evils of free expression of opinion was only another clumsy move on the chess board in the effort to force all, or at least a majority, of America into the same conformity of thinking. Worked with some of the sheeple.
Hard to imagine that this load of crap took 2 months to fabricate.

Even if we didn't find any WMD's (which we did) it isn't a lie to make a mistake.
Unfortunately, it’s become as difficult to get the truth about public affairs these days as it is to hold onto a greased pig at the County Fair.
But, of course, it all reflects Obama’s style, and we’re supposed to feel regret at so much as insisting he share his college transcripts or any variety of accurate picture of his bio.
Historically, the White House often sets the style for the nation, and when the president is a corrupt and incompetent liar, the nation finds itself populated with corrupt and incompetent liars.
The more you defend a lie... the longer your prison sentence.
