Republican opposition to the possible nomination of Susan Rice to be secretary of state is showing signs of cracking.
Arizona Sen. John McCain now says he'd be willing to meet with Rice, the current U.N. ambassador, and consider her much-scrutinized explanation about how the Sept. 11 attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, unfolded.
McCain has said GOP senators would do "whatever is necessary" to block Rice if President Barack Obama were to nominate her to replace Hillary Rodham Clinton at the State Department.
On Sunday, McCain was asked on "Fox News Sunday" if Rice could change his mind. McCain said "sure" and that he'd like to meet with her.
McCain and other Republicans have accused the White House of distorting the deadly Benghazi attack for political gain.

There is zero reason to oppose Rice and for the GOP to fall on this silly sword. She lied because Obama lied and asked her to lie. The problem is Obama.
The republicans should call themselves the CAVE-IN PARTY. That is all they do. Cave in.

Perhaps a better tactic is to act dead so as to get her nominated and then Bork her during any hearings.Walkouts of committee meetings, etc.

F John McCain. He was a hero in a past life, now he is nothing more than a drooling, doddering caricature that needs to be put out to pasture. He has fallen in love with being part of the ruling class and no longer has any moral center.
I’m just opting out. The rats are there to force their marxist agenda on us all and to stir up racial unrest for their own purposes (which is going to backfire on them, soon I hope), the pubs are there to just get along as long as they can focus on and advance their personal ambition, wealth and power. Of the two, the rats are the “true believers” and actually have more interest in molding the shape of the country, unfortunately it’s a marxist shape. Third parties are powerless and specialised in focus.
So my family and I are preparing for the day TSHTF and opting out of this illusion of the people (white conservatives, at any rate) having any influence on what’s going on and what the agenda will be. We don’t. The true believers on the left and the power players on the right are playing this game all by themselves, ever so often they let us go though the motions so we can “feel” we still have a voice and an effect.
My family will just prepare, sit tight, and continue to try to open the eyes of those aren’t completely beyond the reach of reality, and above all stick together and try to make others understand that when all the tribes are against us, even if they’re only useful idiots, we must do no less in looking after our interests tribally no matter how much we’re called racist. That’s just a weapon to scare us into backing down from doing what every other group does, with government support even (at OUR taxpayer-funded expense). We’ve got to make that weapon weak and futile, as well it should be, or we’re going to ALL be living in Detroit or South Africa, as long as we DO live.
The media is still shielding the public from the memory of Obama’s 2011 “Mission Accomplished” speech before the United Nations.
The so-called anti-war movement is silent today (because they are pro-Islamist/pro-Communist war).
War crimes were committed in the name of the United States against Momar Gaddafi and others (torture, abuse, and murder of a POW named Momar Gaddafi) with zero outcry from the media even WITH Sec. of HATE Hillary Clinton boasting “WE came, WE saw, he DIED!”.
More recently, never forget that he was the one who in '08 chastised people for calling his opponent by his middle name, who took time off campaigning to vote while his opponent went full bore 24/7 campaigning, who basically told Sarah Palin to tone down the attacks ["He's a good man who'd be fine as president"].
In short McQueeg is who we have to thank for the current occupant of the White House (now affectionately called "The White Hut") . Thanks loads Juan!!!

Who gave the order to the military to “stand down” and NOT implement plans to rescue our people in Benghazi on 9-11-12? When? WHY??
The qualification you need to serve in a high cabinet position in the Kenyan administration is the color of your skin. White skin tone need not apply.
I forgot that we also have a Secretary of Energy who does not drive or even own a car, but wants $10/gallon gasoline.
