“Benghazi coverup?” It only took two an one half months for the geniuses in DC to figure out what we knew immediately! I guess better late than never.

The bottom line to Benghazi is “so what?” Given that the US is facing disastrous crises like Obamacare, horrific levels of debt, massive new taxes, terribly high unemployment, etc., etc., it is a darned *shame* that four Americans were killed, but there is not a damned thing we can do about it after the fact.
Committing any time to Benghazi, by anyone, is just wasting time. Like Monica Lewinsky’s dress when the Clintons had been committing major offenses, felonies, all over the map, that were then all swept under the rug by Ken Starr.

Why did Obama use American personnel, money, equipment and facilities to overthrow the government of Libya? Gaddafi was a bad guy? How about Castro, then? He’s only 90 miles away. The admin successfully ran out the clock on this thing before the election and Mitt assisted by not saying a word about it.
This will die a slow death methinks. It's not on anyone's radar screen and what does come on the screen will be crushed with ridicule, racism or hidden by classification or executive privilege.

But just FYI, this is exactly what Benedict Arnold did to commit his treason. He thinned out the security at the West Point post to the point that it could be taken, then he sent word to the british through Major Andre that the post could be easily taken for 20k pounds.

Virtually all of the noise from both sides is a coverup. Where is the discussion from ANYBODY in congress about the embassy facilitation weapons going from Benghazi to the Muslim Brotherhood in Syria???
Kyl and Hutchison are profound experts at “blowing to the galleries”.. then they conveniently take NO action and disappear into the woodwork with the rest of the political “cockroaches.”
Ms Hutchinson, you say it wasn’t an embassy but rather a consulate. That would have been the perfect time to raise the question “why was our ambassador in a consulate instead of an embassy on the anniversary of 9/11 after having said that he feared for his life?”
