Blam just posted that Dems are now seeking to extend the debt ceiling now as part of any fiscal cliff deal. Hell to the NO!!
It's put up or shut up time Republicans. You give lip service to smaller government...PROVE IT.
The debt ceiling is the line in the sand. No debt ceiling increase, no tax raises, NO MORE SPENDING.
You will lose this PR battle anyway, do something that will mean something. Shut it down. Live bold, reset the game, subvert the dominant paradigm.
You have the power to make the government live within it's means in one, fell swoop. Don't make a deal...let the cuts happen. Don't agree to raise taxes, and DON'T EXTEND THE DEBT CEILING.

Yes, congress and the White House spend money like a drunken teenager at the Mall of the Americas, but the metaphor ends where the government idiots can simply steal money from the citizens and call it “taxes” and/or print up as much money as they like.
Plus, they can delude themselves and each other by saying it’s “for the good of the country” when what they really mean is that it’s for the good of my constituents, and buys me their corrupted votes.
Well, yes, I think it is the fault of conservatives that did not vote. I understand that they did not like Romney. Neither did I. But, the math is undeniable. We have Obama because three million conservative pubbies didn’t go vote.

The Democrats are coming out with guns blazing, threatening to strip the Republicans in the senate of power, demanding huge tax increases, letting the Bush tax cuts expire, and demanding that the Republicans raise the debt ceiling.
Why? For the simple reason that the Democrats *understand* that two years is a long time.
The Republicans are acting like abused co-dependents trailing along with their abusive spouse, using the bad logic that, “Unless I do what he wants me to do now, he will *really* beat the hell out of me later.”
Sorry, Republicans. The Democrats have been beating you for years, while you have cowered before them and done what they said, always hoping that they will stop beating you.
Guess what? Unless you stand up to them now, in the next elections you are going to be thrashed to within an inch of your lives. And because you have been such weaklings, you will actually deserve it.
The American people *hate* sniveling, spineless losers. You can’t “make up” to the American people by begging them, whining to them, that if you only had political power, you would have a spine.
Nope. You had your chance. You controlled the presidency, and both houses of congress, and still you acted like an abused spouse to the Democrats. Always willing to “cross the aisle”, to do what they wanted to do, to empower them to belittle you and tear you down.

So, here it is, one last chance. Your weakling liberal Republican presidential candidate failed, so now it is up to the house of representatives.
Your one last chance. If you refuse to give the Democrats what they want, they will threaten to beat you, and the MSM will hold their coat. But if you can hang tough for two or three months of abuse, suddenly everything will change.
After that short time, the pressure on you will abate, and the Democrats will be getting pressure like you cannot believe. All their followers will demand that they *do* something. That they make you, the Republicans, obey.
But if you hold firm, there is nothing the Democrats can do to force you to give them what they want. They will finally get what’s coming to them, ten times, a hundred times worse than what you have gotten.
And like the bullies they are, when slapped around by the “big kids”, the Democrats will show their cowardice, their yellow bellies, and they will beg you, plead with you, for your cooperation.
And you will then have a chance to have a spine again.
Politicians are in there for themselves. They’re not there for the country or the Constitution.

The RATS that voted for Bamy do not understand anything but what affects them personally. The fiscal cliff, debt ceilings, unfunded liabilities, the Fed reserve print press are Conservative jargon meant to tarnish their savior. They have their Obama phones and other government subsidies so Conservatives are just mean spirited.
Only when inflation rears it’s ugly head will they begin to realize that something is amiss and they will want it solved ASAP; only it will be too late in a lot of ways. That is why Reagan won in landslide in 1980.
Inflation is inevitable, given the current bunch in power, so the sooner we have inflation the sooner the ship of state will turn back to the Right. It is a bitter pill to swallow but.............
