The Sadistic Brutality of England’s Government-Run Healthcare

I’m not easily grossed out or nauseated. Heck, I’m on email lists for a half-dozen softball teams and you can only imagine the strange/filthy/nasty things that guys send to each other.

But I read a story about the death panels in the United Kingdom that left me discombobulated. I can’t even begin to describe how I feel.

Here’s the intro of a disturbing report in the Daily Mail.

Sick children are being discharged from NHS hospitals to die at home or in hospices on controversial ‘death pathways’. Until now, end of life regime the Liverpool Care Pathway was thought to have involved only elderly and terminally-ill adults. But the Mail can reveal the practice of withdrawing food and fluid by tube is being used on young patients as well as severely disabled newborn babies.

And here are some of the horrifying details. Read at your own risk.

One doctor has admitted starving and dehydrating ten babies to death in the neonatal unit of one hospital alone. Writing in a leading medical journal, the physician revealed the process can take an average of ten days during which a  baby becomes ‘smaller and shrunken’. The LCP – on which 130,000 elderly and terminally-ill adult patients die each year – is now the subject of an independent inquiry ordered by ministers. …Earlier this month, an un-named doctor wrote of the agony of watching the protracted deaths of babies. …‘I know, as they cannot, the unique horror of witnessing a child become smaller and shrunken, as the only route out of a life that has become

 Grim Reaper with Kid

excruciating to the patient or to the parents who love their baby.’ …Bernadette Lloyd, a hospice paediatric nurse, has written to the Cabinet Office and the Department of Health to criticise the use of death pathways for children. She said: ‘The parents feel coerced, at a very traumatic time, into agreeing that this is correct for their child whom they are told by doctors has only has a few days to live. It is very difficult to predict death. I have seen a “reasonable” number of children recover after being taken off the pathway. …‘I have also seen children die in terrible thirst because fluids are withdrawn from them until they die. ‘I witnessed a 14 year-old boy with cancer die with his tongue stuck to the roof of his mouth when doctors refused to give him liquids by tube. His death was agonising for him, and for us nurses to watch. This is euthanasia by the backdoor.’

My first reaction is to hope that this story is wildly wrong, filled with exaggerations and lies.

My second reaction (and this is why I got so agitated) is to imagine what it must be like for the parents. They get talked into letting their kids die, which must be agonizing, and then (assuming they stick around) they have to watch them slowly starve to death or die of thirst. Wouldn’t it be better to just give your kid a fatal injection? Setting aside the moral issue of deciding to let a kid die because he’s disabled or something like that, doesn’t simple decency mean that death should be painless rather than agonizing?

My final reaction is to wonder what Paul Krugman would say about this scandalous neglect and mistreatment. During the Obamacare debate, he told us we could ignore stories about what was happening across the ocean, writing that “In Britain, the government itself runs the hospitals and employs the doctors. We’ve all heard scare stories about how that works in practice; these stories are false.” So I guess starving children don’t qualify as a scare story.

Let me be the first to predict that in a hundred years or so, after government-run medicine has been taken over completely by the statists, the free-market aspect of healthcare has been destroyed, and state-run medical care has been proved a horrible failure...

...that kids will walk through abandoned state-run hospitals with the same eery creepiness that they walk through the failed state-run mental-health facilities that we now know were nothing more than shops-of-horror where state employees tortured and brutalized and murdered their patients and those who survived were left severely traumatized.

“The parents want ‘nothing done’ because they feel that these anomalies are not consistent with a basic human experience.”

Thus, the “God” decision is ostensibly transferred from the State to the “parents.”

The majority of drugs used to escape reality are legal. The biggest dope dealers in the world are not the cartels. It is the pharmaceutical industry shipping warehouses of product. They are enabled by corrupt doctors or those who simply throw pills at patients and then look the other way once patients are addicted.

Injury and death from Rx opiate abuse exceeds that of all illegal drugs combined since 2008. There are also countless other dangerous, addictive, “escape” Rx drugs beyond opiates. If you want to see the true dopers, stop by a pharmacy or pain pill clinic just before doors open. Many of them don't even go out anymore. They simply get their Rx dope delivered to their subsidized housing and get all paid for by the taxpayer. Meanwhile the profit goes to big pharma.

Now, certain drugs that are illegal do quite the opposite of “escape”. In the right context, they can give you an important perspective on yourself, humanity, nature and the higher power we have come to interpret as God. Such drugs are IMPOSSIBLE to become addicted to because they let you see MORE of reality. In fact, some are used to successfully treat alcoholics and escapist drug addicts because it allows them to see the impact and cause of their addiction more clearly.

I highly recommend everyone watch this documentary on possibly the most important chemical in all of nature: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1340425/?mode=desktop

The people doing this have addresses. They go shopping, take in a movie, and do any of the ten thousand things we all do.

And not one of them can maintain a security perimeter forever.

Just sayin’

Because you know which antibiotic is most effective for which condition, what the local rates of antibiotic resistance are, and a precise diagnosis with culture and sensitivity results of what you have? Or you expect the pharmacist to know this without examining you or any skill in diagnosis?antibiotics do a lot more harm than good when used indiscriminately. But everyone can do my job better than me. I was a fool to spend 7 years in postgraduate training learning what everyone else already knows and can do better anyway.

Not to downplay this, but perhaps one day, the point will come where enough doctors finally get sick of it and refuse to do it.

Going to the hospital is becoming as horrifying and terrifying as it was 150 years ago, when 1 in 5 births killed the mother or the baby due to poor hygiene.

Read below and then watch the documentary I sent you. It has numerous testimonies from chemists, botanists, doctors, psychiatrists, etc.

We all have the power to perceive “it all” on our own through meditation and complete surrender to a higher power within our material reality. Unfortunately, this is almost impossible to achieve when we are born into a world which has almost totally surrendered to the illusion of ego. This is why many people on a higher spiritual level seek seclusion/cloistering.

However, God gave us symbiotic molds and plants that can help us. Just like penicillin heals our bodies, other natural compounds can help heal our minds from things far more complex than bacteria.

“A human being is a part of a whole, called by us “a universe”, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest... a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us.” - Albert Einstein

Sadly, the Tuskegee Experiment is widely known by the black community. It is taught at part of Black History Month, yet they leave out the part that it was conducted by a largely Democratic controlled government. They use this to teach them to distrust “white government”, which is why they’ll vote for Obama even as they’re being marched up to the edge of body-filled trench.

He was at the Doctor already. What permission does He/She need?

You need the doctor to write the prescription. Just going to the doctor is not enough. If they are not inclined to do so then you are SOL (and I don't mean a Sweet Old Lady).

Some doctors hand out prescriptions for antibiotics like candy, others don't write them as was in this case, until at least the third visit.

BTW, I'm generally in favor of Pharmacist Prescriptions for Antibiotics Cut out the Hassle and Middle-Man

Oh I agree. My doctor does the next best thing and if he knows you he will just phone in a prescription. Has saved me a few bucks.

One thing to remember though is that not every one can take every antibiotic. DH is restricted from about half of them because of a sulfa allergy

I’ll bet you I was meditating before you were born, so I’ve been down that road. At one time in my life, I was a jazz musician. I even belonged to the musicians union. I know all about that “Heroin really frees my soul, man” thinking. There’s lots of dead jazz musicians. There’s even more of them walking around dead. Jazz musicians were the models for all these zombie movies. People have different ways of learning. If you want to learn the hard way, be my guest.

Well I took a look to see what varyouga was plugging: it’s DMT.

With all the hype I was frankly expecting to see a plug of not that but ibogaine, whose highs are marked with a very intense sense of responsibility and that has been credited by addicts of other drugs as having empowered them to kick those habits. And it supposedly only needs to be done once, not habitually.

At one time LSD was licensed to be a psychiatrically administered drug for similar purposes; obviously that is no more.

I take a quasi libertarian view on such intensely controversial medications, or indeed any medication not presently blessed by the FDA: Let any M.D. or D.O. administer them IF he or she has sufficient liability insurance.

But hey, that’s all part of being “progressive,” right? We all know it has nothing to do with progress, other than progressing the empowerment of the State.

More on the Death Care system in the UK. These people are psychopathic sadists. Such cruelty towards animals would lead to arrests. I think that states are going to have to fight for their Constitutional rights, and 0bama"Care" is a good place to start. Note clamper1797's comment about his doctor friends in the UK.

That was verified by another doctor friend I have that now practices in Tenn. He is a former Soviet Army member who escaped to the USA. He says he escaped from the USSR to get away from what we are bringing here e.i. Government run health care and socialism / communism in general. He says we are absolute fools to let socialism creep into our society. BTW he HATES Obama and is ilk.

We have had Russian friends who came here for the freedom tell us that very exact thing. Every single last one of them. They just don't get it, how we can be so blind and stupid.
