That in response to my comment about taking control, and holding on to our Tea Party investments?

I don't suffer the same cognitive dissonance that you do.

I guess you do not understand that the 2010 TEA Party reps we voted into office are being neutered, rendered irrelevant, being threatened and strong-armed by the Judenrat Ruling Class leadership working with the MarxoFascists. Being forced to comply with the enemy and capitulate.

Perhaps you do not understand what a political PURGE is.

There is no taking control of the GOP or holding onto Conservatism if we remain in the GOP. The leadership hates Conservatives every bit as much as the MarxoFascists do.

Conservatism is being exterminated and rendered irrelevant by the Ruling Class who know where the power is going to lie under a Marxist dictatorship - and they are going to do everything they can to share in it.

Step one is doing the dirty work of the MarxoFascists in purging and obliterating Conservatism from having any voice politically. Judenrat is exactly what the GOP now serves as.

If the rights and principles that define Conservatives is to survive - then we must separate from those in allegiance with the Enemy.

Those that wish to remain slaves on the GOP plantation, we must leave to their fate in an enemy party or risk losing our very souls.

The simple fact is that the dems today have been overrun by hard leftists, and they're really no different that the government that Wallace would have tried to implement had he gotten the VP seat of FDR, as opposed to Truman. Plain & simple, the dems are the communists of 50 years ago, while the republican are about where the dems of the 1960s were. I have a feeling that JFK would say, "wow, those republicans sure are liberal... And they don't understand simple math. But the dems..." Then he'd order a Bay of Pigs invasion of the DNC!

You’re operating under the delusion that we are still a Constitutional Republic not having been overthrown in a velvet Marxist coup.

We saw our last honest elections in 2008. What you saw last month - is going to be the new normal for every single local seat that will determine the balance of power in the dictatorship of D.C.

We’re under enemy occupation. Get your head out of your arse and recognize what time it is. It seems people like you are addicted to practicing insanity.

We can “win” Republican primaries and send people to Washington to be neutered and spayed by the likes of John Boehner, Eric Cantor and Mitch McConnell.

Or we could neuter and spay the RINO’s with a Third Party.

I have no illusions, when a Third Party emerged in Canada to replace the Progressive Conservatives back in the 90’s, it meant a decade of Liberal Party domination.

But its time to force change. As long as the Boehner’s have the power, America loses.

Screw that. We must take ownership of the GOP, and stop disbanding especially after 2010.

Sorry, but 2010 was an anomoly. We saw the "real" republican party when Bush was president and the pubbies held the house and senate. Not much different in spending and regulations. Of course the dems have REALLY ramped it up, but the only difference is just how quikly the republic will be destroyed.

I no longer believe that the republic is savable, it's rotted from the inside, and the corrupt opportunists of both sides have ensured they'll have majorities from this point on.

Simply put, the USA is dead, and we're now living in the remnants that will continue to swirl around the drain for a while. But eventually, the country will collapse, having become a defacto "democracy" and devolve into a totalitarian state of some sort.

I honestly do not believe that enough men or women of character will come together to reform the republic; That the confluence of men and events in the 1770s was a once in all of history event, and will never happen again.

When that collapse comes, I'm fairly certain I won't survive it: My health isn't very good, and it seems it's getting worse. So I'll be up for evaluation in front of Obama's "death panels" pretty early in... I'm glad I never had children, and I pity my nephews and nieces, especially knowing that every one of their parents voted hard left dem.

Sorry to be so depressing, but I think that we've lost it all.

Mark

Just register as a Dem and vote. You will “Win” without any thinking or principle/belief required.

Heck, Dems don't even have to vote, there are people who will do that for you...

I get it, FRiend, what just happened was the equivalent of "The Night of the Long Knives", politically.

We can't win by backing those who are no longer content to simply throw us under the bus after the election, but who now want to strip us of any meaningful representation in Congress by marginalizing the people we sent there to do our bidding who are most reliable.

Let the Gee Oh Pee go the way of the Whigs.

America will die without a Conservative counterbalance to the Marxists in office.

Everyone should work locally to replace the RINOs in DC. And don’t insult yourself by asking me what that means ‘in detail’.

When the State GOP is willing to cut power to the microphones to prevent dissent and send a slate of delegates to the convention committed to the surviving candidate who got the second most votes in the state (he came in no. 3 in the primaries), when those delegates were supposed to be proportionally assigned, they left me at the State Level.

How do you win at poker when the dealer stacks the deck, and still declares your full house doesn't beat a pair?

You don't play at that table, that's how.

I've been in this fight for a long time, since North Dakota was represented by all democrats in DC, and I have never seen the like.

Like a host of Conservatives, I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it any more!

If John Boehner ram rods tax increases through with no spending cuts just so he can say we avoided a “fiscal cliff”, that will be the last dime the Republicans will ever get from me. I’ll support DeMint.

People who think we MUST work within the Republican party are deluding themselves.

Yesterday on Rush, DeMint stated he was such great friends with Harry Reid. Guess I’m just being picky, and certainly expect civility; but am suspicious of the “good ol’ boy - nod & wink network” in Washington. Just too much of that; one-sided to be sure, as the Dhimmicrats are nasty as snot to their “enemies” and spin, spin, spin the venom all the time. It’s one thing for the Republicans to be “civil” and another to indulge in gullibility. Wheeling and dealing seems to be the order of the day for the Washington insider’s club.

I personally believe NOTHING will change until the sstupid party collapses. The republican party is nothing but the rite wing of the dem party.

Until conservatives understand republicans are losers and are willing to cut bait, then things will remain unchanged.

I see no reason to follow DeMint.

The GOP is going to get EXACTLY what it deserves. An exodus! They have demeaned conservatives and castigated us. We have stayed with the stupid party and fought long enough! It's time for conservatives to tell YOU and the stupid party to politically GFY!

I'm sick and tired of being put down by a group of people who are outright idiots, that can't put two and two together and are SCARED to stand up for what they know is right.

His party's leadership is unable to "communicate conservative ideas" because they and the party they lead are not conservative. And believing they are requires a tortured redefinition of the term "conservative."

I've been saying this for years. I've also been taking flak from GOPbots who refuse to see that doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is insanity defined.

Well, they will keep trying, this is for sure. Conservatives just have to get off their ass and politically get active if things are going to change.

I am one of those ones who was convinced to vote for the rino for "the sake of the country." I do not regret my vote, but I understand, more than ever now why my vote was a pathetic waste.

As far as I'm concerned republican's and the republican party are useless and this last election my be the death-nail of the party.

If the Independent voter was the key to election, why is it that Independents do not have their own party? It must be that politics are expensive and their is no multibillion dollar movement to compete with the Democrat and Republican Parties. Without their own movement, Independents are nothing but Sheep.

Does this signal that a group of people under TEA will now start their own party, or will the two existing powers Tax Americans into never being able to complete with them as a third or even splinter party(ies)?

I see no reason to follow DeMint. You mean you see no reason to follow principled conservatives who have finally had enough of the Bravo Sierra? Maybe you can follow Allen West, who was re-districted by the GOP so he couldn't win re-election. Or maybe follow the other conservatives who have been kicked off their committee seats for noticing that the supposed "draconian, hard-right-wing" budget of Paul Ryan takes 28 years to balance. Maybe you have forgotten the NY-23 debacle. Maybe you don't remember the long train of abuses by the GOP of conservatives over the last 25 or so years.

What makes you think that conservatives have a chance to do anything inside today's Ruling-Class GOP?

Mark, good post. I agree with everything you said. However, I have some optimism that when the collapse happens, hopefully the republic will dissolve into the separate states like the former USSR. Here in Texas we will be okay. However, some of the remaining states that can’t or won’t break free will be embraced by a Totalitarian Marxist dictatorship that we are only beginning to glimpse the extent of the tyranny.

. . . person whom took 20 years

If you are going to call someone an idiot, take the time to ensure your grammar is intelligible. It doesn't have to be perfect, just sensible. For example, I could say, "You are a bright and shining example of the fruits of a public education."

Keep up the good work.

All we can do is try to get as many people as possible to realize that there is only one way remaining for the conservative movement to rebuild after being marginalized by the minority members of the Ruling Class. If they want to remain puppet voters, we can’t save them.

I have no illusions that it will not be a long, painful process with many years in the wilderness, but we really need to stop thinking short-term tactics and shift focus to long-term strategy.
