I agree with DeMint!

We are wasting our time trying to save the party of idiots!

I can't support a party that has become nothing more than the women's auxiliary of the Democratic Party.

Sums it up pretty good.

How many current members of the House and Senate will be willing to leave the GOP before 2014, and run as candidates of a new conservative party? (Or the Constitution Party?)

It’s time for the GOP to stop putting in the second stringers and get with the program. I keep hearing about a civil war in this country. The commie ‘RATS fired the first shots of Civil War II a long time ago and America has failed to respond. We don’t need two DemocRAT Parties. Not a day goes by when the communists on “da Hill” and in the state controlled “media” aren’t trashing and smearing the TEA Party. I can smell the ‘RATS fear of Americans all the way out here in Arizona. DemocRATs are yellow cowards. They are scared to death of the Americans who call themselves the TEA Party. The only way the ‘RATS can control Americans is by controlling the GOP leadership. I’m pretty sure that all ended on November 6, 2012. Americans have had it with the GOP.

Pat Buchanan, as usual has got this right, the Republican Party is tearing itself asunder because the leadership is acting contrary to the very essence of what the party stands for.

The old saying goes, Republicans were put on earth to cut taxes. Boehner is crawfishing and violating the very essence of Republicanism. I believe he is doing this in an effort to save the Republican Party as he understands it, which is the understanding of an elitist inside the Beltway. Boehner is no longer one of seven siblings raised in a bar, he is a careerist politician who is invested in the system as a system not in a Republican philosophy. In trying to save the Republican Party, he will destroy it.

There is apparently no issue on which Boehner is willing to confront the president.

Either the party will revolt against Boehner or there will be a third party splinter movement. Boehner's dithering has only accelerated a tendency which many of us had predicted before the election in the event of a loss by Mitt Romney. There is very little now to hold movement conservatives within the framework of the elitist Republican Party.

We need more voters who understand the traditions and benefits of Conservatism much more than we need yet another conservative in the Minority in the Senate where he can’t get anything done.

Bravo to Jim DeMint, with his background and experience this could be the start of taking the country in the right direction. The game for Conservatives has to be be winning hearts and minds, not writing legislation.

The simple fact is that the dems today have been overrun by hard leftists, and they're really no different that the government that Wallace would have tried to implement had he gotten the VP seat of FDR, as opposed to Truman. Plain & simple, the dems are the communists of 50 years ago, while the republican are about where the dems of the 1960s were. I have a feeling that JFK would say, "wow, those republicans sure are liberal... And they don't understand simple math. But the dems..." Then he'd order a Bay of Pigs invasion of the DNC!

If John Boehner ram rods tax increases through with no spending cuts just so he can say we avoided a “fiscal cliff”, that will be the last dime the Republicans will ever get from me. I’ll support DeMint.

People who think we MUST work within the Republican party are deluding themselves.

Yesterday on Rush, DeMint stated he was such great friends with Harry Reid. Guess I’m just being picky, and certainly expect civility; but am suspicious of the “good ol’ boy - nod & wink network” in Washington. Just too much of that; one-sided to be sure, as the Dhimmicrats are nasty as snot to their “enemies” and spin, spin, spin the venom all the time. It’s one thing for the Republicans to be “civil” and another to indulge in gullibility. Wheeling and dealing seems to be the order of the day for the Washington insider’s club.

His party's leadership is unable to "communicate conservative ideas" because they and the party they lead are not conservative. And believing they are requires a tortured redefinition of the term "conservative."

I've been saying this for years. I've also been taking flak from GOPbots who refuse to see that doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is insanity defined.

If the Independent voter was the key to election, why is it that Independents do not have their own party? It must be that politics are expensive and their is no multibillion dollar movement to compete with the Democrat and Republican Parties. Without their own movement, Independents are nothing but Sheep.

Does this signal that a group of people under TEA will now start their own party, or will the two existing powers Tax Americans into never being able to complete with them as a third or even splinter party(ies)?

How To Register as an Independent or to Cancel Your Party Affiliation
http://partysover.net/howto/

A list of states that allow it (all but 12 or 13), with a link provided for each state.

I’m done with them. To continue this farcical game, hoping year after year the GOPe will listen and stop allowing themselves to be blackmailed/sweet-talked/bribed into submission, is akin to repeatedly bashing your head against a wall despite bleeding to death.

It’s been YEARS since I posted all those jpgs of testosterone injections to Trent Lott and Orin Hatch. Whats any different now, years later? I’m done with them.

I have been watching what the GOP has been doing to conservatives. Damn right I’m fed up but, I’m not crazy. I will use the GOP to get local conservatives in it in order to topple the GOP-e. As long as I register as GOP I can vote for conservatives in their primaries. Contribute only to your conservative candidates, not the GOP.

Third parties do not work.
