You have a loner, who is into Goth which promotes death and torture among other very dark topics, a single parent, and more than likely on psychotropic drugs prescribed by a psychiatrist and there is your recipe for this disaster.
Go back and look at some of the school shooting in the past. The perpetrators were on prescription medicine.
Instead of banning guns we need to ban the over prescribing of drugs to our youth. Also if your going to be a parent accept the job of raising your children properly.
Any speculation as to why he might have GONE to the school the day before? Most adults (who aren't teachers) have had more than enough exposure to small kids by just raising their own.
The only reason he could have shot each victim between three and eleven times is because schools are “gun free” zones for law-abiding citizens.
maybe he was caught in the school because he was trying to plant the weapons or he had a grudge against one the staff from when he went to school there as a child.
This 20 year old was a high school student before his mother pulled him out of school. So why go back to the elementary school ?
Quick, before the actual facts become known, let’s take away everybody’s guns.
This story is too wacky. What makes more sense is that we are not getting the truth from the media- OR that they have no idea what they are talking about.
I am watching to see what this story brings out.

Was he romantically interested in one of the teachers and rejected in that process? So, he not only kills her, but all of her students as well. Islam would say that since he killed Americans, he should get his 72 virgins in “heaven”. Haven’t heard the Muslims living her condemning these kills nor the media pointing out they haven’t said a word. Interesting.
So, have we learned yet why he was at the school the day before?
Original report was that he had a kid at the school, but that might have been eroneous, just like the name was wrong and the story of the mother being at school was wrong.
But there must have been some reason he was at the school arguing with the principle and other teachers.
Did he have a kid at the school?
Whereas, there are numerous reports consistent with his inability to express emotion.

Did the school call the cops? Report the incident? Seems like an automatic thing to do.
It’s lone wolf terrorism.....leading up to a Christian holiday. Islamic extremists have stated time and time again that there WILL BE attacks. People with non-arabic names who will attack defenseless sitting ducks.
These mentally ill men in their twenties hook up with extremists over the internet. It gives them a sense of belonging and an EXCUSE to act on their violent tendencies for “a cause”. They are caught hook, line and sinker by extremists who are great at manipulation and mind control.
IF investigators DID FIND evidence that these mentally ill lone wolves were in ANY WAY in contact with extremists, we would NEVER be told.
Look at all the lies about Bengazi....terrorism doesn’t fit the Democratic agenda. It would also cause mass panic if the public knew the truth and would make the Obama administration look worthless at protecting U.S. citizens.
I can see one attack happening before Christmas wouldn’t exactly mean terrorism, but TWO?

Look at the Trolly Square shooter....the poor screwed up boy from the Balkans.....google “Lanza” and see what you find in the Balkans.
Every school at this point should have ARMED GUARDS.
Bus drivers need to carry guns.
After all that’s happened, it’s STUPID not to be ready for anything and armed citizens are the ONLY WAY to stop these attacks.....not unarmed, sitting ducks and gun free zones.

Wasn’t “Revenge” the underlying theme of Obama’s campaign?
Why would a twenty-year-old male be at an elementary school? Did the four staff members suspect he was showing “too much interest” in the students there? The picture we keep seeing of Adam Lanza does not look like a picture from a driver’s license. How did the networks obtain that picture?
So there was an argument or scuffle with members of the staff. So no one knows enough to make sure that the person doesn’t get back into the building?
I think I will speculate that it was something like this.
Adam was pulled out of his school to be homeschooled a while back, Maybe the same psychologist also was school psychologist at the High School. They are rarely hired to work out of just one school.
Perhaps she jad recommended some kind of treatment or hospitalization of Adam. Maybe Mom was upset or angry about that so she pulled him out of the school.
I read somewhere that the mother had said Adam was getting worse. Perhaps she was getting ready to do something drastic like getting him hospitalized and needed to get that school psychologist to help with getting that done.
Perhaps Adam found out, became enraged, went up to the school the psychologist was at and argued with her. The next morning, he got up, shot the mother that angered him, then went off to the school to make sure that psychologist and others paid.
just guessing, but, who knows. I still would like to know how Adam entered the school. I only hear he forced his way in. Did someone else go in and he piggybacked his way in? The cops said the glass on the door may have been busted by them trying to enter.
Speaking of firearms at a school, this happened at UNC Chapel Hill.
In the course of an online chat with someone purporting to be the guy’s wife (presumably it was him) he was “into sex with multiple partners, including 12 year old and 15 year old boys. They traced the “chat” back to the guy’s UNC campus computer and got a search warrant and found a 9mm semi auto in his desk drawer, and arrested him for it.
Will be interesting to know if finding said weapon was listed on the search warrant (if not- could they arrest him for finding it on site— such is the nature of such laws).
Trial in January.

A widely accepted psychology model, associated with planned behavior, suggests how this monster brought himself to his crime. First, he had to decide it was ok to kill a lot of innocent children, his mother, school personnel, and himself. That requires placing no value on others’ lives and then forming the anger and motivation to actually do it. That action had to become more important than anything else. The widespread availability and use of first-person shooter games and access to other popular depictions of evil acts such as exists in many movie, TV programs, and music products would desensitize him to the value of life and promote the acceptability of killing innocents. A general culture that ridicules traditional morals further lowers the barriers to his actions. A personal anger so great he would commit suicide and take others with him is extremely evil. Knowing he would commit suicide would eliminate his concerns about having to face up to the consequences. He may have wanted a lot of attention. He may have been thrilled to have power over peoples’ lives. Whatever it was, he was the worst kind of evil.
The world can help protect against this evil by promoting moral integrity, turning away from hate and violence-filled “entertainment”, and elevating the value of young lives and life in general.
I fear that opportunists will use this evil to make good people more vulnerable. I also fear there will be more evil acts in the future.
