Not likely cyanide, I agree.

It would take a lot of apples to ingest enough cyanide to be deadly. :)

“Angela Lansbury” She was one bad omen. What couple times I saw the show, she shows up at the front door ... 24 hours later ... yikes.

LOL, your comment gave me a flashback to Dr. Quinn - Medicine Woman. My eldest daughter was in elementary school at the time, and she would watch this show with me and then comment on what a lousy doctor the "medicine woman" was because people she took care of were always dying.

I hope it was an accident......

The article on Fox News says the medical examiner reclassified the death as a homicide.

Is that the stuff that smells like almonds

Yes but not everyone has the genetic predisposition to smell/taste it.

I have two guesses:

The obvious; The wife did it because now he could afford more than one wife.

The less obvious; A male relative did it, with plans to frame the wife, hence the request by a relative for a fuller investigation.

Didn’t Obama do that to Andrew Breitbart and the coroner? Too incidental that Andrew was killed on March 1st if you ask me.

That’s one way for Chicago to save their budget.

It’s obviously time the government instituted an assault poison ban.

Or, it's time to ban the lotteries.

Without the lotteries, there would be no lottery-winnings-related homicides.

That dead lottery winner from Florida, Shakespeare, would agree with me.

He didn't happen to be the 6-6-6 winner the day after Obama won the election in 2008, was he?
