I guess you’re right about the USSC....however, it isn’t completely gone to the dark side yet. There are still some sparks of sanity there, even with Roberts’ foray there with ObamaCare. I’m praying he got bitch-slapped back to the light side in the aftermath of that.

Sorry, 0bama. Unconstitutional according to both federal and state constitutions is not something that an executive order can override no matter what your lawyers are telling you. You want to discard a Constitutional amendment, there’s a procedure and this isn’t it.
I CAN’T believe that he has not decided to ban all ammo. He really is dumb. I am thankful for that big time. If he banned all ammo that would keep the 2nd Amendment and still accomplish his dictatorship. We are lucky to have such a bozo.

contact your state attorney general and have they push charges against the supervisor of elections for failing to collect citizenship and other eligibility information as required to assume office. of course, allow the supervisor off the hook... if they collect the information NOW
0bama has spent millions to avoid officially submitting any documentation... and has never submitted the information to ANY state, either in 2008 or 2012

I have reached the point where I really want him to go for it! Nothing will throw a monkeywrench in the gun grabbers plans better than getting their political teeth kicked in. I want him to convince himself that he is a superstar, that he can really do it, that he is The One who can finally make it happen. I want him to stretch out his political arm for the brass ring and get it lopped clean off by the people. Go ahead - sign an Order banning some guns or ordering Sheriffs across the country to start making lists of who owns what. Then watch as one after another people tell the Feds to p!ss off. What a fantastic day that would be! Then watch as he gets angrier and angrier until the real Barry comes out and he says something nasty about middle class people or the military on camera, something that a lot of the people who voted for him can’t ignore. Something that forces the Dems hoping to be re-elected to put some space between themselves and him. Oh, what great feeding frenzy that would be if the Dems and the Progs start turning on each other.

Obama studied Constitutional law only in order to learn how he could circumvent it. It was in Commie fashion a means to an end, a way to totally change the meaning of the Constitution and thus destroy it for all ostensible purposes. Obama had to learn the Constitution well so he and his minions would know how to abuse it. Battered Constitution syndrome.

MidwayUSA is not refusing orders for 30 round mags or anything else They are not accepting new orders until they get caught back up with the existing back orders. Magpul and other vendors are continuing to ship to Midway and orders are being filled and shipped.
I'd venture to say many are "clueless when it comes to the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights."
