Oh, thank goodness he did this. Now all those bad guys will be lining up to turn in their weapons. Somebody just had to take a stand.

The law is wholly Unconstitutional. It violates DC v. Heller and McDonald v. Chicago, AND US v. Miller.

This is going to blow up in NY’s face hard. Plus, given that they passed this at all, my company is finished with the state of New York. We are putting them on our permanent black list.

The people of New York need to revolt. That’s all there is to it.

Look at the votes on this bill. We now know exactly, by name, who our enemies are. They are the enemies of freedom and liberty. They are not Americans.

Might be a great opportunity to set up a gun, ammo and accessories shop just across the border from NY.

Well, I guess if there’s one small silver lining to this, New York will continue to lose more and more electoral votes in future presidential elections as a rapidly growing number of New Yorkers migrate out of the state.

The new gun control laws are symbolism over substance.

Criminals will buy guns on the black market and they certainly will not register their guns with the state.

Law-abiding citizens can buy them out of state and again they won’t register with the state.

Gun control will be a failure but don’t expect grandstanding anti-Second Amendment politicians like Andrew Cuomo to ever admit it.

Look for the release of a new “study” tomorrow from the dopers at WaPo and the New Yawk Slimes announcing that crime “dropped off sharply” overnight after Adolf Cuomo signed the bill.

LOL!

Did New York state just outlawed ALL firearms?

Saw this on another website:

page 22:

§ 265.01-b Criminal possession of a firearm.
7 A person is guilty of criminal possession of a firearm when he or she:
8 (1) possesses any firearm or; (2) lawfully possesses a firearm prior to
9 the effective date of the chapter of the laws of two thousand thirteen
10 which added this section subject to the registration requirements of
11 subdivision sixteen-a of section 400.00 of this chapter and knowingly
12 fails to register such firearm pursuant to such subdivision.
13 Criminal possession of a firearm is a class E felony. _____________________________________________________

Note the “or” in line 8...

Attention, all murderers, rapists, robbers, burglars, and assailants in Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and Ohio:

Your attention, please!

The City and State of New York WELCOMES YOU (Yes, YOU) to come to New York and ply your trades within their guaranteed criminal-safe borders.

Yes, folks, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo welcomes ALL thugs, hoodlums, gangsters, creeps, freaks, perverts and pedophiles to New York. He welcomes them to murder, rape, rob, burgle and assault to their hearts content in the sure knowledge that the two-legged sheep which elected him cannot effectively oppose them.

Corrupt Cuomo...
OK .. this one slipped by me for a while ... until a Texas listener sent me an article from the Ft. Worth Star Telegram. You know I’m not particularly fond of the federal Section 8 housing program. This is a program whereby HUD takes taxpayer money and gives it to individual citizens to be used to pay their rent. In some communities in this nation people can qualify for as much as $2,500 a month ... that’s $30,000 a year ... in taxpayer funded rent subsidies. Simply put --- another income redistribution program from Washington. Another vote-buying program. Now --- and please sit down --- now HUD, under Andrew Cuomo, is starting a program whereby these citizens can use these vouchers not to help them pay rent, but to help them pay mortgages! You got it! Now you can look forward to the Imperial Federal Government of the United States seizing your property --- your earnings --- and giving those earnings to other people who do not pay federal income taxes so that they can use the money to pay their mortgage payments! Can anyone give me a moral justification for this nonsense? One question --- when these parasites finally sell those homes, will they reimburse the taxpayers out of the profit? We’re going to be helping these people build equity in those homes ... why can’t we get that money back?-------- see SECTION 8 WELFARE HOUSING PROGRAM EXPANDING, N. Boortz Show notes, Atlanta, GA, 2000?

I’m sure Governor Cuomo thinks he put himself at the top of the 2016 presidential sweepstakes with this move. A ton of low information voters are probably impressed with the buffoon now.
