Executive Orders are administrative orders to agencies under the Executive Branch, and those entities that are dumb enough to believe that Obama can order them to do something. The actions he directs his agencies to execute must also have a legal basis in established Federal Statute.

In the article it says he wants to ban clips holding more than 10 rounds (there’s a grandfather clause) but it’s not listed among the “directives”. Am I missing something?
I am trying to see what I missed. Basically its saying if someone is a certified nut they should be prevented from buying or owing weapons. Who can disagree with that?
I don’t know. The mental health angle bothers me. The Marxists took over that profession years ago. What if aspects of conservatism or a nebulous definition of religious extremism are defined by the mental health profession as “mentally ill”? Conservatives and Christians can’t have guns?????

How about requiring fingerprinting, photographing and serial number checks for guns collected at gun buy backs.
