Sorry I missed you last night. Had a good day, thanks. My legs were still sore from Monday's treadmill walk, but I got in a little upper body work. Traffic was not bad, but we're in the deep freeze here - as of 10:00 a.m. we're at 16 degrees in downtown D.C.
