Wow. I just read Dorner's manifesto in detail and was flabbergasted. What in the world is our modern society coming to? To be honest it reminded me (on reflection) very much of what I read years ago about the Columbine killers. There are honestly a growing group of people in this world who believe that if everything doesn't go their way - it's basically authorization to go wild and take muderous retribution...
I don't know about this clown, and how he got through... but as to the quality of military pschological testing recall that the Ft. Hood massacre perp Nidal Hasan was a military psychologist in charge of counseling returning combat troops.
He is dead, dead, dead. I worthless piece of trash discarded into the trash. Good riddance.

It’s just that today’s liberals/Progressives see communism and fascism as opposites.
They see conservatives represented by Republicans as the enemy and have put Republicans in the Fascist camp because it makes republicans easy targets.
It is my contention that Progressives think they are choosing the lesser of two evils. With no concept of life without top down control.
As 12 to 22 year old students learn the horror of Hitler, fascism and the holocaust, any force other than the US that fought them seems to have validity. A force that has at it’s foundation the utopian appeal of fairness and social justice. Nevermind the oppression, fear, purges and death required to achieve this utopia, it’s a work in progress after all.

In addition, I believe they suppress their own nature for self-gratification and convenience among their peers.
It is sad to say, but we are dealing with children, children that scream and yell, children that have found themselves in power.

Good point, however this guy went through two psychological test ... one for the military and one for the LAPD. He apparently passed both.
I am not a fan of the false science of psychology, I think most physiology is BS science and this does nothing to discourage my thoughts.

this guy’s ‘manifesto’ showed a fellow with a paranoid personality. his perception of reality was distinctly off. it is obvious he thought the world was against him and it was solely because of his race.
The liberals know they created the climate of hate that gives rise to this kind of activity and Dorner’s manifesto exposes that, so they are simply suppressing the manifesto.

What military psych test are you referring to? I spent 22 years in the Army and never had one..................thank God.
Affirmative action maybe? Look at Major Hassan he was pegged as a nut yet they kept him in and just sort of hid his love of jihad and then when he killed the unarmed soldiers they call it workplace violence.
Nidal was a psychiatrist, a physician, with an MD and board certified.
Just about the only psychological screening I know of in the military (and I was in a nuclear weapons MOS) was police records and self disclosed medical history. And of course, service record. Nothing will get from a nuclear assignment into an infantry unit faster than adverse information in your 201 file.
I don’t think psychometric screening is accurate enough to reliably predict anything like this. If everyone who occasionally indulged in self-pity and resentment was removed from the Services, we’d have to depend on the Little Sisters of the Poor and Trappist Monks to defend the country, and only about half of them would pass the screening.

that’s what happens when someone is given a pass in life beause of minority status(theres one in the Whitehouse right now)........the word NO does not compute and when they hear it they blow a fuse. Wait till the entitlement programs run out of $$ then your really going to see something.
