“Not cool dude. Let them be right now for Gods sake.”
Let people worship false idols for God’s sake?
Second of all, GTF off this thread. This is THEIR thread and THEIR celebration.
And I say this as a renounced-Catholic. I left the religion myself because of what you imply. NONETHELESS, LEAVE THEM ALONE on this thread.
After hearing this my whole life practically, having grown up Catholic and having attended the Woodstock Mass at Columbia for many years and my daughter’s having attended Jesuit schools for 12 years, I looked it up on that new thing called the Internet and found some backup in writing.
Notre Dame is not Jesuit.
Except the holy texts(old testament and new) written in Hebrew and Greek were around long before the catholic church. Only the catholic church assembled what we now call the bible some 300 years after the first century christian church. Catholic the word is not even in the bible and Constantine is the only reason Rome adopted Christianity and the reason Catholicism its mixed with pagan practices etc. Im done with this topic but the holy scriptures are not catholic and the traditions of men do not supersede Gods word, period.
This “Jesuit blood oath” is a fraud that has been thoroughly and repeatedly debunked. It should not be posted or linked on this forum.
“This is THEIR thread and THEIR celebration.”
My apologies. I missed “Catholics only” in the title.
Your sarcastic apology is still accepted, and wrested by force out of your ill-mannered unwashed hands.
This Catholic thanks you for your good will -— and your prayers (Papa Francis needs ‘em!)
Actually it turns out that it was Francis of Assisi after all. For a Jesuit, that’s like the coach of the Georgia Bulldogs naming his firstborn after the coach of the Seminoles or the Crimson Tide. It’s unexpected.
No, I am right, and all you need to do is look them up.
Yeshua is the rock, and that is why he said this rock rather than that rock when he spoke to his disciples.
There is no rock but Yeshua.
Unbelievers recite creeds; believers recite God’s word.

No, Yeshua told Peter that he was a small hard pebble, and that Yeshua himself was the rock.
Anything else is the vile sin of creature worship; be careful.
He can ride the bus if he wants to.
I hope he is enough of a servant of Yeshua to sell the vatican and give the money to the poor like Yeshua said.
Nonsense.
Peter was the small hard pebble. He had that nickname all of his life.
Yeshua’s word is consistant on the rock.
