On Thursday night, conservative radio host Mark Levin attacked Fox News host Bill O’Reilly and the “has-beens” at CNN for their “hit” on Rep. Michele Bachmann after she was caught racing away from a CNN reporter confronting her over factually inaccurate claims about the president’s “lavish” White House living.
On Tuesday, CNN reporter Dana Bash attempted to confront Bachmann over her claims that the president has an extraordinarily luxurious lifestyle, but was famously met with deflection and a race away from the camera. On The O’Reilly Factor last night, the eponymous Fox host criticized Bachmann for her “trivial attacks on President Obama [that] are obscuring serious problems in this country,” emphasizing that the congresswoman’s “small ball” behavior “trivializes” the real issues at hand.
“Why is Bill O’Reilly doing a hit on Michele Bachmann the way he did a hit on Sarah Palin the other day?” Levin asked before mimicked the host by mock-asking questions about how many chefs were on Air Force One.
“‘Have conservatives hurt themselves over criticizing Obama over crazy stuff?’ What kind of question is that on Fox?” an exasperated Levin asked. “Isn’t it enough we’ve got MSLSD to contend with, and CNN to contend with? What are all these little cheap shots?”

Conservative politicians, like all politicians, are constantly speaking into a microphone and sometimes what they say is inaccurate. All the press has to do is take one of those inaccuracies, blow it all out of proportion so thats all anyone hears, and everyone can then dismiss every other issue of substance that conservative politician might have addressed.
The beauty of this system the media have is about half of those on our side throw their gutless selves right on the bandwagon.
Meanwhile our president and his party are allowed to reel off lie after lie. Its almost funny.
not only is he not conservative but lately he has given himself away (talking about the Bible series) that he is not even a Christian. Yes, he is a Catholic but knows absolutely NO scriptural doctrine. A “Christian” knows and believes the “Word of God”. He does not.
I disagree. Most of the time Michelle Bachmann is spot on and is one of the few who has the guts to stand up and say what needs to be said as in Huma Abedin and her family’s ties to the Muslim Brotherhood and her firm insistence that Obamacare must be repealed. I also agree with her stance on blanket vaccinations of 13 year old girls with the HPV vaccine. Rick Perry learned that the hard way.
Bachmann is one of the few good legislators we have. We need to stand up for her.

Do we really doubt that Obama lives a life of excess in the White House with all the vacations, golfing, parties, food tasters, caligraphers, etc.

Those vaccines were not the stuff of presidential politics. Bachmann thought she had a way to get rid of Perry and made herself look less like a presidential candidate thanDonald Duck.She’a as close to maxine waters as the GOP has and the crime is that she is intelligent enough to know better.
Then she should have limited her remarks to Benghazi.
But she has a nasty habit of getting on a roll and saying profoundly goofy things.
If she had the courage to actually face the reporter, instead of trying to run away, I’d respect her more. But this just feeds into silly media stereotypes of conservatives, making it harder to reach the moderates we need to listen to our message. I care more about that than blindly defending a woman who can’t defend herself.
I actually think every Repub politician should add a little “BO the dog handler is paid $102,000” type comment to every single interview they do. Low info voters ears perk up when they hear that kind of stuff. Heck...just have all Repubs have a daily talking point on the Obama’s spending and drop it every chance they get. The left does it all day long and it WORKS.
Bill O’Reilly is an IDIOT. This Harvard Alumni, 4.5 years ago claimed Obama is an intelligent man and will rule down the middle. This IDIOT said that despite Obama’s partisan history and Obama’s radical friends (e.g. Bill Ayers and Reverend Wright).
