A retired Army officer wrote to a U.S. senator Saturday about his concern that the Department of Homeland Security is preparing to arm itself against the people of the United States.
Retired Capt. Terry Michael Hestilow posted his letter to Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, on his Facebook page, noting that Homeland Security has made a number of large ammunition, weapon and light-armored vehicle purchases recently and has refused to answer questions about them.
Hestilow begins by noting the large ammunition, weapon and light armored vehicle purchases recently made by DHS, as well as that agency’s refusal to answer any questions regarding those purchases.

Stocking hidden caches of food was exactly the Biblical plan, along with training in wildland survival, and practicing emergency evacuation. These instructions were tied directly to the survival of the nation. It's not literally in the text; it's in what one would have to do to accomplish what is literally specified in the Hebrew. The English translations based upon historic Jewish practice under Greek and Roman occupation, are plainly wrong.

I think it’s the end of the petrodollar.
That means 12 dollar gas... government cuts across the board that make Sequester look like tinkertoys... a whole lot of people who work and struggle suddenly becoming real pissed about welfare people in line at the supermarkets getting better food than they can buy...
most of all, a whole lotta mad at DC and people screaming “What you gonna do???”...
Big crackdown on local and state public corruption ahead. DHS has been involved in activities with them in order to record data learn more about them in advance. Same with the drones—not feasible for getting a single family or individual for a minor regulation but certainly doable for busting local official criminal activities.
Valerie Jarrett (to get the spelling right) was born in Iran to parents who were American citizens.
Much as we might dislike her, she's as American as any of us.
The leadership, those GIVING THE ORDERS, have to be primary targets. Cut off the head and the snake will die.
When DHS declares war, the cities will be besieged and the populations will starve.
Elsewhere it will be open season on random democrats that must either flee to the faltering failing cities or die.
Don't forget the ham-stringing by our own govt.

I've seen estimates that the Iraq war alone, after all the medical and disability costs have been paid, will have cost $3 trillion. Had Bush come to the American public in advance with a price tag like that, there is no way we would have done it. Congress would have specified 'Just flatten Baghdad and take out their military infrastructure or forget it.' Had we done that, we might have been able to afford to take out the Iranian government the same way.
Arm the peasants, take out the head, and let them figure it out. If we broke it, we don't have to fix it.
I can rest assure you there are very, very many in every branch of the DHS that will be making certain unconstitutional and illegal actions against the citizens will be sabotaged if not full-on lethal counter attacking upon the issuing “authorities” AND THIER FAMILIES. There will be no mercy.
I think overseas “militants” generally use 7.62x39 - not what DHS is acquiring.
I think its kind of funny that you people seem to think the government is lying about everything but what you choose to believe.
Given the experiences of David Koresh and Vicki Weaver, that's not exactly going out on a limb.
