Do they understand? I’ve said for decades they not only fail to understand but were left behind in the 19th century. My proof? Ask anyone who tends a public restroom. The flush terlet is one magnitude of complexity beyond the grasp of many folks. (the Euros now have a circle X sign indicating not to stand on the flusher seat to wizz) This chick hasn’t even passed her Momma’s wipeyourownbutt test. The arrogance displayed by her willingness to shoot her mouth off about something she clearly has zero understanding of is spectacular.
I just emailed the wench and thanked her for her contribution to the gun control debate. I also wished that she receives the national attention that she deserves, specifically being known as Denver’s village idiot.

DeGette’s spokeswoman Juliet Johnson issued a statement Wednesday, saying the congresswoman mispoke.
“The Congresswoman has been working on a high-capacity assault magazine ban for years, and has been deeply involved in the issue; she simply misspoke in referring to ‘magazines’ when she should have referred to ‘clips,’ which cannot be reused because they don’t have a feeding mechanism,” Johnson said.
Ever since the Poundstone Amendment stopped Denver from new annexations it has gotten increasingly Democrat as more middle class families move to the Burbs.
