Surprising, considering the source.

Why are you surprised, Beck has been saying this for awhile now, and it mimics his “churches” emerging stance.

They are already free to live and sleep with whomever they want...What they demand is for government to sanction their relationships the same as hetero ones, and destroy so-called “heteronormative” society.

Refusing to recognize gay marriage is also about freedom.

Remember Glenn Beck is a member of a “church(morman)” who in the 1800s tried unsuccessfully to re-define Marriage(poligamy).

Get the gay marriage approved, then polygamy is next. Is it any wonder?.........

Gay men eat poo.

That’s all I can think about when this kind of stuff comes up...

He’s right.

They played it the way that it was meant to be. They used the constitutional right to assembly, and petition to keep the issue in people’s faces. Free speech in the form of TV shows, books, movies, and online outlets to network and coordinate.

And yes they got crooked judges, perv teachers and lawmakers, but what the hell were we doing in the meantime?

We were looking for Bible passages and just assuming that people in power would get the fear of Jesus and vote the way we wanted. We also put forth no compelling narrative for the genuine dunce on the fence to say “No, marriage is for heterosexuals only”.

It isnt too late to contain the damage, but conservatives need to get their act together.

Sounds like what BO’R said.

Plenty of other people still can’t get married. Persons who’s spouse refuses to grant them a divorce. Adopted siblings who are in love (no blood relation). A welcoming third partner. And so on.

So much for “freedom” to “do as thou wilt”.

Do homosexuals think that God sees them as “living in sin” because they have not been married in the eyes of the church?

If this is all about the actions of consenting adults in private, why is it headline news and pushed in kindergarten on children? When does a child consent to being adopted into an alternative lifestyle home as an accessory?

What he said was the freedom principle is the right principle. He didn’t say gay marriage is right. He said the freedom principle is the right principle. So he wants to argue every issue on that principle. Then he said marriage is a religious thing. Said it is between an individual, his or her spouse, and God. Said the government should not be involved in it at all, period.

I say this to Beck. This homosexual marriage issue will come back to be a freedom issue for those who oppose it. The religious freedom to oppose it is going to be increasingly denied. If Beck hasn’t seen that, he better wake up.

Beck is increasingly proud and loud about his Libertarianism. That’s what you’re seeing here when he frames this issue in this manner.

What he needs to do is remember the Founders of this nation and the history of marriage. Why only very recently has this thing reared it’s head? We need to uphold the traditions of our Founders and the long, unbroken history of marriage.

If we do, then Beck’s statements become oxymoronic.

Anyone wonder why Mittens allowed(through his Judicial Appointments) Homosexual “Marriage” in MA?

Free speech in the form of TV shows, books, movies, and online outlets to network and coordinate.

"Free speech" in an industry that openly engaged in a pinklisting of dissenters. Collusion between the DNC and media is common these days. What is the value of the "in kind" political donation the Dems have been getting on their agenda?

Why I quit listening/watching Beck when he originally backed Jon Huntsman (fellow LDS member) who was such a leftie that I totally lost it!

Between the LDS Harry Reid, Jon Huntsman, and other LDS gay marriage political cowards, and I include Mitt Romney, I no longer even think of LDS as anywhere near conservative, actually, their faith supports collectivism and now seemingly "freedom in same-sex abomination," while maintaining Celestial Marriage and godhead, is only for a man and wife!

Actually, homosexual “marriage” is about the redefining of a word.

Never trusted Glenn Beck and always knew he was a snake in the grass of the “conserative” movement.

The mere existence of Gay Marriage in the country violates the Religious Freedom of every Christian in the nation.

And we need to especially remember that the people we’re talking about like having weewees stuck in their butts. It sounds stupid, but we can’t loose sight of that fact.
