Why Are the Feds Trying to Identify All Gun Owners in Missouri? (Just concealed carry!)
National Review Online ^ | April 11, 2013 | Andrew C. McCarthy

Posted on 04/11/2013 2:37:49 PM PDT by neverdem

They keep telling you they have noting but good intentions, that to worry about the feds coming for your guns makes you part of “the black helicopter crowd.” But then things like this happen: In Missouri, federal investigators have demanded and obtained from the state government — apparently twice — the entire list of Missouri concealed weapon permit holders.

As Matt Drudge notes, the Columbia Daily Tribune reports that in November 2011 and January 2012, the state highway patrol asked for and received the list of about 185,000 concealed weapon permit holders from the motor vehicle department — the only state agency to store all the names, because an indication that one is a permit holder is noted on driver’s licenses. The information is supposed to be held confidentially by the state, but it was turned over — once on-line, once on a disk — to the highway police, which then proceeded to share it with the federal Social Security Administration Office of Inspector General. State senators trying to get to the bottom of what happened, have been told there was no written request for the information. The state highway patrol says, “The information was provided to law enforcement for law enforcement investigative purposes” — not a very enlightening explanation of why every single licensed concealed weapon owner needed to be investigated by state and federal police.

Rob Schaaf, a Republican state senator who is pursuing the matters summed it up this way: “Now we know two things. We know that somebody out there, probably in the federal government, wants the list of all the concealed carry holders in Missouri. We know that now. We know one other piece of information – we know the [highway patrol] department is actively and purposefully concealing that information from us.”

Missouri Fusion Center was disbanded 2005 by the republican state legislature but has resurrected as a division in the state patrol. It is named the Missouri information analysis center - (http://www.infowars.com/missouri-state-police-orders-halt-to-miac-report-distribution/)

The department of homeland security has created fusion centers in every state. In Nebraska and Missouri the fusion centers are renamed something else and are part of the state police.

Per ACLU: Fusion centers were designed to organize localized domestic intelligence gathering into an integrated system that can distribute data both horizontally across a network of fusion centers and vertically, down to local law enforcement and up to the federal intelligence community. These centers can employ officials from federal, state well as other state and local government entities, the federal intelligence community, the military and even private companies, to spy on Americans in virtually complete secrecy.

Missourians as well as every other american citizen are sharing their birth certificates, drivers license, concealed carry and health and criminal records as well as state and local tax information and anything else that can be recorded with the DHS.

The renamed Missouri Fusion Center (http://www.miacx.org/) was recently in the news for branding as terrorists Ron Paul supporters and more. http://www.nofake.info/2013/01/secret-miac-state-police-report.html

Missouri has a strong republican legislature and is fighting this power grab more openly than any other state. Check out your own fusion/ information analysis centers and see what they are up to.

This is the biggest power grab in recent history. It is a part of the 'total war' strategy used previously in 1861 in Missouri when the feds took Jefferson Baracks Armory near St Louis with German Immigrant Troops led by General Lyons. Next the feds took the private banks by force, fired the owners, installed new management and foreclosed on all outstanding debts for those supporting the south. Most of the early battles and skirmishes in missouri were about the feds taking city banks and eliminating financial support for the opposition.

All property/ plantation owners along the Missouri River in 'little dixie' (8 counties of former Virginia and Kentucky planters) were relieved of their ownership by way of foreclosure and went bankrupt. An entire class of citizenry vanished in a few years. This is detailed in this book which was written after a doctoral thesis. Financial Fraud and Guerrilla Violence in Missouri's Civil War, 1861-1865 (Yale Series in Economic and Financial History) by Mark Geiger

The guerilla violence in Missouri is directly attributed to the dislocation of young men whose families lost everything to the union strategy of total economic war against the citizenry who were not in compliance. Bloody Bill Anderson, Quantrill and the James gang were fueled by economic dislocation of an entire generation of youth. The 1999 movie Ride with the Devil was filmed locally and captures the moment.

'Total War' is here today- if you have a mortgage it can be called by the bank if they want. The feds and the ambitious socialist/moslem axis want to confiscate property and relieve americans of their will to live.

The Missouri Information Analysis center in the missouri hiway patrol has more information than just gun ownership. Virtually every electronic document has been transferred to DHS. Check out the fusion or information analysis center in your own state. In MO and NE the centers are in the state patrol division. Gov nixon needs to be impeached. Americans have no right to privacy and DHS is taking everything they can grab and learn about each man, woman and child alive. It all goes into that great database housed in UTAH or Nevada.

MIACX.ORG is the resurrected fusion center for MO. It is now in the state patrol. This means every officer can check his hit list and ping every car and pull them over for little or no infraction. It just takes 30 seconds for the new laser gun/ computers to read a plate. The DHS fusion centers are collecting every bit of information available to profile every citizen. We all have files and our life history is stored in a database in Utah. This is the biggest power grab in a long time in the US.

I guess that’s why Missouri is called the “Show Me State”. Someone says, “Show me this confidential and private stuff”, and they comply.

The MIACX.org fusion center is in the missouri state police division. It was called the missouri fusion center. The Dept of homeland security has a fusion center in every state. In NE the fusion center is resurrected as an information analysis center in the state police also. The task of the fusion centers is to gather intelligence and send it in to create a profile on everyone. Missouri is loud about stopping it but has a dem governor nixon lying about what happened as being a one off event. Each state has this. Yours is just unseen by those who are too tired or blind to look.

That’s the way I think it should be, no permit required for open or concealed carry.

If you are not on offense, you are at best, only clinging to the status quo waiting for the next statist ratchet down the road to hell.

The House of Representatives should gut this bill and change it so that it applies only the VOTER ID requirements, and NOT to gun control.

Now you're talkin' - that's culture-jammin' gold!

Glad to see you finally got around to reading the Constitution.

We do not have the right to carry RPGs, Mortars/Launchers, bazookas etc as they do not qualify as personal weapons for self defense.

Sorry sonny, arms is arms. There's no "personal self defense only" restriction. The only restriction is on the government, as a matter of fact, in the form of

"The right of the people, to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

Don't be an ninny and followup by insisting rights come from the Constitution.
