Maybe he’s holding it in his hands in the pic where it looks like he doesn’t have it.
The photo of him staring out, while everyone else around him is looking another way ..also is suspicious IMO. He looks like he's zoned out or into thought.

Those guys in tan pants, black jackets could be decoys to draw attention away from a patsy. The bombers would know the video’s afterwards would look for guys with black backpacks. The suspicious bag by the maibox was inside a whitish bag. I think this was definately a team effort. Lots of decoys and ‘handlers’.
Why would Law Enforcement be wearing a heavy black backpack?
Also the Saudi being deported was ‘tackled’ because he acted suspicious after the incident. He might have known something was up, but maybe wasn’t the actual perp. With his royal famiy ties, he’ll get off.

True. But, look at the guy’s arms in the “without” photo. Either he badly needs to go to the bathroom or else he’s holding something heavy in front of him, just out of range of the photo.
Concur that he looks to be holding something...but that’s what you would do if you were trying to position it without drawing too much attention.
Normally, in a situation like that, one would simply keep the pack on the whole time. If the pack is heavy...then that begs other questions (yes, maybe a photographer...but he certainly doesn’t look gay, so not sure why else it would be heavy).
I also didn’t notice the facial hair until I zoomed. Now I understand why they needed that explosion in Texas last night...things were going bad for the Administration.
