'A man claiming to be a US war veteran who had lived in a remote Vietnamese village for 45 years has been exposed as a fraudster.
Dang Tan Ngoc, 76, said that he was Sgt John Hartley Robinson who was shot down over Laos in 1968, but a fingerprint test has exposed his lies.
After being interviewed over his past claims that he was a US soldier back in 2006, he also admitted to being a Vietnamese citizen.'

What disturbs me is they have been told the facts, yet; they still refuse to STOP/CEASE/DESIST.
I can state that I and four to five others spoke to an MIA’s mother and sister in 2002 at the Special Operations Association Reunion. The mother knew I told her the truth. Her concern was her daughter. The daughter was younger, and; she saw a hero in her brother. He was a hero. After 3 plus years of combat he was ambushed on the LZ coming in along with four other SF men and Rhade yards. I am saddened by this producer as he will open up wounds, trash this Gov, the military, and spread MORE LIB LIES ,whether intentionally or not. Those who have not yet had closure (the remains of their loved one returned)may well fall for this hype.
