More like Irangate simply because Clinton is involved.

Not if a major MSM outlet doesn’t make it a big deal.

None of the above. Obama's adoring media will not allow anything to dim his halo.

This is about the coldest assessment of what really happened that I have seen so far.

He only talks about it in political terms.

There were Americans murdered, too Mr. Hanson.

THIS is in a class all its own. This is treason. This is premeditated murder by officials at the Very highest levels of government. To compare it to anything we have seen before is to diminish its significance.

Anyone wanting on or off this ping list, please advise.

This was coldblooded murder of high ranking diplomats, spooks, and Navy SEALS. Way beyond Watergate or Iran Contra in my opinion.

With this sycophantic media? More like Mark Rubio’s water bottle-gate.

How many Americans were killed at the Watergate?

How many Americans were killed as a result of the Iran-Contra deals?

How many Americans were killed in Benghazi?

No one was murdered at Watergate. Nor were they raped with a bayonet.

American citizens were not left to die at watergate while the POTUS went to bed early and hung out the do not disturb sign.

This is nothing at all like watergate.

4. What exactly were we doing in Benghazi, with both a consulate and a CIA compound, and what if any were the connections between the late ambassador, Libyan weapons, Syria, arming rebels, Turkey, etc.? And who exactly were the terrorists working for, or what exactly were they trying to achieve?

Maybe we should ask Putin if they were working for him. What happened in Benghazi would be a very clear message to Obama, Hillary, et al.

Gun running to Syria.. that's something that Putin would want to end by any means necessary.

In that case the deaths at Benghazi and the deaths of the USS Scorpion crew could be more alike that any silly comparison to Watergate.. I remember Watergate.

The media hated the president.. here the media loves the president. The media was in a frenzy to be rid of Nixon.. some evenings the TV network news was nothing but Watergate, literally.

And if it turns out that the Russians were behind the Benghazi attacks the whole matter will be put aside.

***It is none of the above. This time around, the MSM owns the discourse and they will greet any development with a yawn. It’s a test of how much power they have; they have more than most conservatives & freepers realize.

The subsequent resignations of the secretaries of state and defense, and the director of the CIA will make reconstruction of events much more difficult.”

Rarely see those questions in print!

Correct. Absolutely nothing will come of this. There will be hearings and blah blah blah. Does anything honestly believe the House will truly want to seek the truth?

If necessary, a Wag the Dog event will happen. Maybe in 30 years we will know the truth.

in neither of those did Americans die due to deliberate incompetence / negligence / intent.

how the seals died is worse. they were set up by allowing them to think they had assets in the area... exposing their position... and being hit when the asset didn’t do its job

I’d call it treason for allowing American personnel to deliberately take actions without required support.

but for now, I’ll just call it murder
