Benghazi: The Question Nobody is Asking

Posted on 05/13/2013 8:13:55 AM PDT by varmintman

The question which nobody is asking:

Did Bork Obunga and his puppet-master George Soros generate an immense reservoir of hatred against Americans in Libya in 2011 by taking down what amounted to the best government in the Islammic world for motives amounting to little if anything other than pure greed, and THEN set the stage for a US ambassador to be tortured, raped, and then killed by sheer fecklessness with no meaningful response in the picture even eight months later?

http://www.atimes.com/atimes/Middle_East/MD14Ak02.html

Ellen Brown noted (2011) that:

Another anomaly involves the official justification for taking up arms against Libya. Supposedly it's about human rights violations, but the evidence is contradictory. According to an article on the Fox News website on February 28:
As the United Nations works feverishly to condemn Libyan leader Muammar al-Qaddafi for cracking down on protesters, the body's Human Rights Council is poised to adopt a report chock-full of praise for Libya's human rights record.

The review commends Libya for improving educational opportunities, for making human rights a "priority" and for bettering its "constitutional" framework. Several countries, including Iran, Venezuela, North Korea, and Saudi Arabia but also Canada, give Libya positive marks for the legal protections afforded to its citizens - who are now revolting against the regime and facing bloody reprisal.

Whatever might be said of Gaddafi's personal crimes, the Libyan people seem to be thriving. A delegation of medical professionals from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus wrote in an appeal to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin that after becoming acquainted with Libyan life, it was their view that in few nations did people live in such comfort:
[Libyans] are entitled to free treatment, and their hospitals provide the best in the world of medical equipment. Education in Libya is free, capable young people have the opportunity to study abroad at government expense. When marrying, young couples receive 60,000 Libyan dinars (about 50,000 US dollars) of financial assistance. Non-interest state loans, and as practice shows, undated. Due to government subsidies the price of cars is much lower than in Europe, and they are affordable for every family. Gasoline and bread cost a penny, no taxes for those who are engaged in agriculture. The Libyan people are quiet and peaceful, are not inclined to drink, and are very religious.
They maintained that the international community had been misinformed about the struggle against the regime. "Tell us," they said, "who would not like such a regime?" .....
Khadaffi apparently was on the verge of pulling all of Africa out of the greedy webs of the international banking cartels (IMF, BIS etc.) and apparently Soros, the true ruler of today's demoKKKrat party, was not able to deal with that.

Another way to look at the picture which Ellen Brown and others have painted:

Is there any reason why a Libyan WOULDN'T want to torture and kill an ambassador of a nation which just took down a government like Khadaffi's and put Libya under the thumb of the muslim brotherhood??

Or, is there some reason why a government (ours) which had recently perpetrated something like that, would fail to take major precautions for protecting any of its own operatives still working in such a place?

How about we drag Soros in and give him the third degree?

Don't leave out the HildeBeast ..... this was completey in your face to the Libyans ...

We came ... we saw ... he died ... (and then she proceeds to laugh uproariously with her fawning interviewer)

Imagine the reaction of 'the press' if President George W. Bush or one of his cabinet members ever acted similarly ....

What a silly set of questions - I think any person with at least half a brain can figure it all out with even the limited information we have.

The question is - will anything come of it? Clinton already said it - “what difference does it make, they’re dead already?”. Congress doesn’t have the guts to do their job. This president and his administration have committed more high crimes than every president for at least 100 years. Nixon looks like a saint compared to the current occupant of the White House.

But the dumbed-down American Sheep, thanks to decades of Marxist indoctrination in the public schools and a media completely sold out to that same agenda - still vote for this crap.

These are questions worth discussing.

While Qadafi (sp?) was a dictator, is the replacement making life better for people in Libya?

Who runs Libya now? Do we even know who is in charge?

I’ve heard that the rebels in Libya are affiliated with Al Qaeda.

So, if we help depose a dictator, and the new government turns Libya into a radical Muslim state, an Al Qaeda state, is that really an improvement? Was it in our national interest to help depose Qadafi then?

Liberals say that Obama did things in Libya well, by providing air support but not sending in ground troops.

Time will tell on all of this. Liberals including Obama have praised the Arab spring revolutions. But are we really going to see these countries evolve into peaceful parliamentary democracies?????

Some of the rebels were AQ.

The invasion of Libya was related to money and oil. Those who beat the drums to free up the oil and the money are still in control.

"Is there any reason why a Libyan WOULDN'T want to torture and kill an ambassador of a nation which just took down a government like Khadaffi's and put Libya under the thumb of the muslim brotherhood??"

So, the Islamist Terrorists who murdered Stevens did so because .... they didn't like the muslim brotherhood?

Eh. Doesn't pass Logic 101.

Sorry, but the Soros connection here is not clearly defined. Other than insinuating that he wouldn’t like it, there is nothing. And since when do we believe the reports from Russia without question? The answer to that is pretty obvious.

Just about money and banking, as Ellen Brown noted. There wasn’t enough oil in the picture to affect any sort of Soros decision making.

A fatal "accident" would be preferable.

That being the case, why is nobody talking about impeaching Obunga for using the US military to perpetrate what amounted to a bank robbery in broad daylight for the benefit of Soros et. al.??

The answer to that is fairly self-evident isn’t it? Congress didn’t have to fund it but they did.

the other great question is why are not all government authorities involved with falsely arresting and imprisoning - still to this day - a filmmaker falsely blamed for the reason for this - not arrested and jailed?

There was a story a few days ago about how the Inspector General for the Afghanistan Reconstruction had found $50,000,000 of STOLEN US Treasury funds in a bank in Afghanistan. POOF!!! It disappeared! The Democrats found out during the Bosnian conflict that big money could be stolen from dangerous places because there wasn’t the necessary financial watchdogs. Ask any of these Democrats why Hillary and Obama had to use American military forces to overthrow the government of Libya. For freedom? Slap their face for being such bold liars. The Democrats wet themselves every day for years over Nicaragua and the Contras. They could care less about freedom. It’s about money. They are trying to get even richer off the fighting in the Middle East.
