COLIN QUINN: The only person who has made jokes about President Obama in the 5 years he has been in -- is President Obama. That’s how scared people are to make jokes, no late-night talk shows, only he makes them at the White House press conferences, telling people, "Hey, it’s okay to joke about me. You see I’m doing it!"

People joke around the President. They’ll be like, hey you've heard the joke about President Obama? JOE BIDEN. Haha! And everybody one is like "Whew! Close call!"

It is BECAUSE of FEAR from a friendly call from the IRS.
Far more likely, it is fear of being called “racist”. PC has turned out to be a disturbingly effective form of control.
I saw Dana Carvey do an omuslim impersonation in the context of all the living presidents getting together in Dallas at the library and getting a buzz on together but there was nothing in the bit except the omuslim talks funny. That was it.
Wasn’t this the speculation as to why Leno is leaving the Tonight Show? Too many anti-obama jokes, like these:
Hey, over the weekend, President Obama, you know that, President Obama played golf with Tiger Woods. And Tiger said the president was a very good golfer for a guy who only plays five days a week. You know, so, that’s pretty good.
Actually, you know what the president’s handicap is? Anybody know? Doesn’t understand economics. That’s the handicap. But other than that

Leno was the only one out there making jokes about Obama and we all know what happened to him !

The only one who got away with poking fun at Obama has been Jay Leno, but he is calling it quits.

The great majority of comedians found nothing funny about all the nuts in the women's/femi-nazi movement, leftist radicals period, minority scoundrels i.e. Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, homosexual fanatics, warmists, food Nazis, communist professors, etc. They find nothing hypocritical about leftist critics like Michael Moore, Ralph Nader, or Noam Chomsky being multi-millionaires. I was more than a little surprised to hear George Carlin one time rip environmental Nazis, because barbs directed at them by comedians are so rare.
Yet, EL Rushbo contiued with those Obama parodies undisturbed.
I just did a search on Steve Bridges. The article about his death indicated that George W called and offered condolenses. No mention of Obama doing the same.
Class and crass, in a nutshell.

You will NOT make jokes about the emperor! The emperor has a strong army and will get you for it.
The only fear is the fear that their false god will be exposed for the hollow imbecile that he is.
