Stewart Destroys Obama Over IRS, Lack Of ‘Managerial Competence’: Vindicated Conspiracy-Theorists
Mediaite ^ | May 13, 2013 | Josh Feldman

Jon Stewart mercilessly tore into the Obama administration tonight over the revelation that the Internal Revenue Service specifically targeted Tea Party groups for scrutiny. Stewart slammed the government’s lack of “managerial competence” and said that thanks to this scandal, conspiracy theorists how have a level of vindication they’ve never had before.

After briefly responding to Bill O’Reilly going after him, Stewart mockingly opined that there is no possible justification for all the wild claims conservatives have made about government overreach, only to be caught up with the IRS scandal. Stewart said the whole tax-exempt status thing is “bullsh*t,” but it’s bullsh*t that should be granted equally.

Stewart slammed the IRS director who not only thought an apology was good enough for an IRS-related matter, but admitted she’s not good at math. Stewart snarkily replied, “That’s a good one, lady who works at the place that calculate people’s taxes!”

Stewart explained exactly why this scandal has changed the dynamic between the White House and its conservative opponents.

“Well, congratulations, President Barack Obama, Conspiracy theorists who generally can survive in anaerobic environments have just had an algae bloom dropped on their f***ing heads, thus removing the last arrow in your pro-governance quiver: skepticism about your opponents.”(continued)

Yet not a word about Benghazi.

There are few “entertainers” with their head up Hussein’s obama as far as Jon Stewart.

‘Managerial incompetence’ is the administration cover story. Stewart is doing Obama a favor.

Wouldn't want the gov't to be deprived of every possible funding opportunity because . . . everything should belong to the gov't anyway.

I would think that a BASIC tenet of faith and articles of belief in the American System and Constitution should inherently believe and intrinsically defend the right of EVERYONE to speak his piece, be heard, print, and assembly any type of civil dissent. ANY GOVERNMENT THAT OPPOSES THIS could be labeled tyranical. I am very disturbed.

Actually, if you watch the piece, Stewart's commentary is FAR more cutting than that. He really does rip 'em a new one.

Obama’s IRS basically shut the tea party and conservatives out of the 2012 election and out of politics.

The tea party grew and in the 2010 election the tea party won a great victory

So Obama’s IRS shut down or prevented many tea party groups from starting . This is why the 2012 election favored democrats and why Obama won.

Obama’s IRS intimidated many conservatives form taking part in the political process and from raising money for causes they believed in

basically the IRS shut down the tea party to rig the election for democrats in 2012 and for Obama

there would have been a lot more conservatives elected to congress if the tea party groups were allowed to raise money. additionally maybe a conservative would have been nominated for the GOP (as tea party groups couldn’t raise money for a conservative in the primary)

so the election is invalid , Obama must be impeached and the IRS must be abolished not given more power with obamacare. democrats/socialists stole the U.S. senate and the presidency in the 2012 election.

There’s a HUGE difference in “embarrassment” of what HE did or HE ordered his people to do and what HIS PEOPLE did to make HIM look bad. So far, it hasn’t been a very bad, terrible week for 0bama. So far, I’d suspect he’s still smiling behind closed doors.

And if the mythical "separation of Church and State" that the Lefties are so fond of is real, that means that the state has no right to tax churches. Period.

But Lefties always want everything both ways.

Stewart is a lowlife pinko who is as much as anyone else in the DNC, is responsible for Hussein’s election and reelection.

His criticism of Hussein now is too little, too late and probably not sincere.

Just my opinion of course.

Jon Stewart is an A-hole . . . far, far left wing and a very nasty so-called comodian. For him to NOW get upset about the thugs in our White House just shows that he’s upset that his widdle baby Obambi is embarrassing him and all the other libtards. May Jon Steward go to hell.

Obama’s IRS intimidated many conservatives form taking part in the political process and from raising money for causes they believed in

That's it exactly. Too many people see this IRS targeting as just an action to annoy conservatives, sort of like making someone stand in line longer than usual for service.

It was much more than that. The delay cost those groups the ability to participate in the 2012 elections.

In some ways, this is much worse than Watergate. No one was disenfranchised by Watergate.

I don't watch him, so maybe in his world this is ripping them a new one.

But its not a fair assessment of the scandal, IMO.

IRS intimidated many tea party groups from getting started by intimidating, threatening them and harrasing them while they applied for approval
