Schieffer must not remember Howard Baker asking during Watergate, "What did the President know and when did he know it?" That is exactly the question that needs to be asked of Obama. An irony here is that the Clintons began their political career helping the Watergate prosecution with an assist from Ted Kennedy to get in that position.
