Criminality Appears To Lie at the Heart of the IRS Scandal
New York Sun ^ | May 23, 2013 | Lawrence Kudlow

When you get right down to it,the political targeting and stalling of tax-exempt applications by the IRS was an effort to defund the Tea Party.

Rick Santelli, one of the Tea Party founders and my CNBC colleague, was the first to make this point. I’ve taken it a step further: The IRS was taking the Tea Party out of play for the 2012 election,as it looked to avoid a repeat of 2010 and another Tea Party landslide.

… But there can be only one reason for the stalled-out approval process for conservative groups. The IRS was trying to put them out of business. Thus far, there’s not one wit of contradictory evidence.

Sowell does an examination of the liberal mindset and why they feel completely comfortable with employing ANY means to achieve their ends.

They’ve defined their “ends” as perfection, heaven on earth.
This strays into the topic of liberalism as a religion, but I’ll save that.

When your end goal is a perfect heaven, any weighing of means/ends ends up with X/infinity, and any means, therefore are justified.

We fill these agencies with people with a generational chip on their shoulder who see their government job as a way of implementing “payback”.

Seriously, rigging an election through abuse of government power should carry the death penalty.

Awareness is just now starting to percolate to the top...

It is vitally important we recognize this fact. The time is coming when the ‘sleeping citizens’ will hear the alarm going off and awaken. It is this moment we must be prepared for.

We all know what is happening, but the general populace is barely aware...it is time for the ride of modern day Paul Revere...

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

There was no frivolity nor sarcasm in my post.

Nor mine. This is absolutely serious. If justice isn't done, there will be a bloody revolt. The PTB might fear minority riots if they take action against Obama, but they really need to fear what will happen "when white people 'riot'".

IRS Section 1203
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/3022831/posts?page=1

From post 3

On its face, section 1203 requires a final administrative or judicial determination. In the current scandal, we don’t even have pending administrative or judicial proceedings. Here is section 1203:

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/3022831/posts?page=3#3

and from post 12
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/3022831/posts?page=12#12

(7) willful misuse of the provisions of section 6103 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986
for the purpose of concealing information from a congressional inquiry;

The Fifth.

Going into the election seemed Romney had the edge. After , odd silence about voter fraud, especially from conservative media, radio..even though some districts had more votes than residents. No backing up of Allen West and how that was handled.

Soros voter machines are going to be expanded for 2014

Lois Lerner was at the heart of the corruption of TWO presidential elections. She was in charge of enforcement of election laws, especially campaign finance, in the first Obama election. In that one, he took in millions of $ from illegal overseas contributions. Lerner just looked the other way. In the second, most recent election, she made sure the opposition could not function for lack of funds and support by harrasing them with the apparatus of the IRS. Congress needs to dig a lot deeper into her activities than just who told who at the IRS.

That is one of the few tiny differences between Our Constitution and other Parliamentary Systems with which I have an issue.

Otherwise, it’s PERFECT.

Perhaps Our Founding Fathers were concerned that if a Recall For “NO CONFIDENCE” existed in Our Constitution, then chaos would ensue and the Business of Government would never get done.

One thing is for certain: I have “NO CONFIDENCE” in the government right now. in fact, I am fearful of it. I have NEVER felt that way before in my entire life, and I have lived through some pretty bad presidents.

Lerner seems like a good place to start with RICO (see my other posts in this thread) but it will take a special prosecutor to go there.

Reward your friends, punish your enemies.
And it’s a lot more than the EPA, the IRS, the AP and the State Department. This are just the starters.
We have been denied access to our house at 1600 Pennsylvania.
When was the last time you saw ammo at Walmart?
We’re sending millions in `school aid’ to one of the most corrupt nations in Africa, when 80% of a NYC school are functionally illiterate.
Underneath it all—reptilian space alien, Valerie Jarrett, and her Borg-figurehead boss.
They Live! Obey. Conform. Submit.

Lerner isn’t the one who has been put in charge of Obamacare at the IRS. That woman’s name is Sarah Hall Ingram.

While the idea of “I don’t know” becoming a money pit for government supervisors is appealing, it also gives the least underling the ability to bankrupt their boss, or the boss of their boss, and so on.

I believe that a government supervisor who pleads the 5th over their supervisory duties should be immediately fired, and perhaps should be subject to repayment of any bonuses they received during the time of the overseen infractions. Promotions and raises would be voided, retroactively. Then, the supervisor is immediately referred to a prosecutor for criminal investigation.

I think the “I don’t recall” or “I had no knowledge” defense in a situation where an entire department is engaged in bad behavior should also get the supervisor fired - for incompetence. But they would not necessarily be subject to financial ruin.

To be clear - these penalties would apply only for testimony concerning their government work, not for other matters. The financial ruin for the 5th would be a strong influence to keep fedgov from running amok.

Finally - This is all off the top of my head, so anyone who see a flaw in the reasoning should please speak up!

Flag@whitehouse.gov snitch line from 2009

Please remember to bring up this article from the 2009 era. This might be important to the IRS scandal. The White House snitch line. It’s not active today but its records need to be looked at for a reason the IRS went after the Tea party.

http://voices.yahoo.com/flagwhitehousegov-snitch-line-3984140.html

This should be the first item on the subpoena list to the White House

The 'Support FreeRepublic' graphic at the top of the thread is MOST appropriate to this topic.

Be Silent No More.

This Is Your Country.

Take It Back!

It's time to launch a series of Country-wide Tea Party rallies to begin this process. I love this picture of a Tea Party rally, attended by Sarah Palin, in Searchlight, NV in March of 2010. It says it all .....

                                                             Let's Roll!!!
